A bit too expensive ibis

All saunas were closed during our stay, even though they sent email saying it will be opened. Swimming pool communistic design, room even after upgrade looks like ibis. Door from rooms do not close quietly

We enjoyed our time here

Nice location, great swimming pool

Air con turned off in the rooms “for the season” apparently so had to open windows for ventilation but lots of traffic noise which disrupted sleep. Breakfast buffet was a busy, dark and cramped with not the best quality of food on offer

Lovely hotel, great location

Room was lovely and clean and available early. Bathroom facilities spotless and great shower

I felt the hotel focused on business customers. Although not a business customer I was a paying customer. Concierge wasn't overly friendly and when I asked for help, he was looking over my shoulder! Declined breakfast as €35 pp!!

Hatte das Hotel extra wegen Schwimmbad gebucht. Beim c/i erfahren, dass das Schwimmbad defekt ist. Warum teilt man das nicht schon vorher mit? Es wurde kein goodie angeboten, Ich musste danach fragen. Frühstück sehr durchschnittlich, Räumlichkeiten viel zu klein und zu eng für dieses masse an Personen…

Erstklassiges Hotel in zentraler Lage

Kurz gesagt: Alles - Ausstattung und Sauberkeit der Zimmer und des Hotels, exzellentes Frühstück, Pool und Spa-Bereich und vor Allem das Personal in allen Abteilungen. In der heutigen Zeit gutes Fachpersonal zu finden ist ohnehin sehr schwer geworden, das Pullman schafft es selbiges zu beschäftigen!

Die Tiefgarage (welche aber nicht zum Hotel gehört !!!) ist mit einem Tagespreis von 39,00 € überteuert. Günstige Alternative ist das Conti-Parkhaus in der Nürnberger Straße mit einem Tagespreis von nur 20,00 € - 5 Minuten Fußweg zum Hotel. Gäste mit viel Gepäck können aber vorher vorm Hotel halten um ausladen zu können. Leider sind einige Bewertungen durch diesen Umstand schlechter ausgefallen, wodurch man dem Hotel als solches Unrecht tut, denn das Hotel ist eine glatte 10 und gehört mit zu den besten Hotels in Berlin!

Gutes Hotel für kurze Aufenthalte mit Spa.

Zuvorkommendes Personal, entspannter, kleiner Spa-Bereich, bequeme und gut akklimatisierte Zimmer, separate, ruhige Sitzmöglichkeiten auf den einzelnen Etagen.

Sehr freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal. Zimmer sauber.

Am Tag der Anreise war eine Reisegruppe vor uns. Das einchecken hat relativ lange gedauert bis uns jemand separat zur Seite genommen hat und uns direkt eingecheckt hat das war super vielleicht lassen sich die Kapazitäten besser ausrichten beim einchecken. Einige Einrichtungsgegenstände beziehungsweise Materialien im Wohnzimmer könnten ausgetauscht beziehungsweise repariert werden. Aktuell war es jetzt nicht schlimm aber es war schon in einigen Bereichen auffällig

Great stay, but would have preferred better reception service.

The property was clean and the location was great.

It is worth mentioning that we didn’t add breakfast when we were booking the trip. When we arrived at the property, the receptionist offered to add it on, which we declined because we had already made plans for the first morning, and the receptionist said that we would be able to add the breakfast later on anyway if we changed our mind. No price differences were implied. When we approached the receptionist the next evening to add breakfast for the following morning, we were told that, since we didn’t add it when we first arrived, they are unable to give us the “special price” and that we would have to pay over 30% more (from 20€ per person to around 30€) to add it for the following morning. We, of course, declined. Please note this if you plan on adding the breakfast after you arrive, as the price difference was not communicated to us at all.

A delight

Once we got our bearings we found the location to be very good. The Hop on Hop off bus from the bottom of the road is advisable. The bar has a great ambience with a great choice of drinks and food. Breakfast is first rate. All staff I met were friendly and helpful.

During my stay, I'd say there was nothing that I could fault.

Rooms were very clean and modern, breakfast was good. Location was very good, quit rooms.

Room was too small for my opinion. Personal was not informed about our group reservation, they couldn’t find my name on a reservation.

Sehr zentrale Lage und ausgesprochen schön eingerichtet; die Zimmer sauber! And der Rezeption sehr freundlich empfangen wurden.

Das Frühstück selbst von der Qualität sehr gut allerdings wirkt es völlig ohne Koordination . Lange Schlange am Empfang da kein Personal, dann nur schmutzige Tische. Dreimal ein Omelett bestellt bis es dann funktioniert hat. Für einen Preis von >30€ und 5 Sternen leider nicht begeistert.

Junge, frische Atmosphäre. Fachpersonal freundlich und entspannt. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Da hat man sich viel Mühe gegeben!

Die Tiefgarage hat die Größe einer Puppenstube. Vielleicht sollte man am Eingang ein Schild aufstellen, dass die Garage für Fiat Panda ausgelegt ist und für SUVs nicht geeignet.

When a city hotel gets it right

Amazing staff and lovely, clean, comfortable facilities. Loved the separate lifts to the spa, the relaxation of the pool area, the lack of overly dramatic or big interiors. Everything about this hotel was just right - practical, elegant (with artworks) and relaxing.

Für zwei Tage war es gut, aber zu Teuer.

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, das Zimmer hatte eine gute Größe, die Betten waren super weich!

Der Reinigungsservice hat unsere Schlafkleidung einfach auf den Boden geworfen, im Bad lagen noch Plastikteile. Der Duschkopf ist zwei Mal abgefallen, nach der ersten Reparatur wurde der Duschkopf anscheinend nur draufgesteckt, sodass es beim nächsten Duschgang wieder passiert ist!
