Die Lage zum Flughafen ist grossartig!

Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer. Sessel mit Flecken. Badezimmer voll kalk. Abgenutzte Möbel!

Ok for a night

Overall ok , rooms weren’t fantastic but ok for one night stay in transit . Liked that they had free shuttle service to the airport.

The surrounding area was quiet and very dark , I wasn’t comfortable coming in/out at night or early morning. Hence the shuttle bus helped

アイロンなど必要なものがすべて揃っていた。部屋が広かった。シャトルバスが20分おきにあり便利だった。

浴槽に細かい髪の毛が残っていた。朝食の値段が高い。

Lage top, Preis-Leistung nicht angemessen.

Gute Lage & Shuttleservice zum Flughafen, angenehme Zimmergröße, ruhig, gutes Restaurant

Klimaanlage hatte kaum Wirkung, es war die ganze Nacht sehr heiß und stickig im Zimmer. Das Bad war alt und renovierungsbedürftig. Im Waschbecken lief das Wasser kaum ab. An der Rezeption wurde zwar versprochen dass man sich sofort kümmert, passiert ist aber nichts. In einem Familienzimmer für vier Personen nur zwei Tassen und zwei Schokis auf dem Bett fand ich auch etwas traurig. Preis-Leistung war für mich nicht angemessen.

I was very happy with my stay!

I absolutely appreciated the shuttle service to and from the airport! The staff were great! One young man in particular and I am sorry to say I did not get his name. He was so helpful and thoughtful! The room was fine. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and spacious.

The rooms were excellent and comfortable and very helpful staff.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Very close to the airport and the shuttle service was very helpful as we had a early morning flight to catch.

Since the airport is quite far from the city, the hotel does not have too much to visit in and around, so you are pretty much stuck in the room unless you want to travel some distance to get back into the city. Though it did not affect us much as we stayed only for the night and more or less this being an airport hotel, I assume this is only used by guest travelling out and not folks visiting the city

Shuttle was good and convenient.

Room was faulty in various ways, sink didn't drain properly, power outlet on desk didn't work, shower strength was poor.

Free shuttle service was great.

Door lock system very bad. Had to use reception staff 3 times, because of sensitivity of the system and missing instructions.

Arrival and departure worked well thanks to Mövenpick's great airport shuttle, punctual and every 20 minutes (only a 5-10 minutes drive to/from the hotel)

Quelques points à améliorer

Idéalement situé proche de l'aéroport. Très bon accueil. Chambre correcte pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Sympa d'avoir à dispo dans la chambre du café et du thé.

Les prix dans le restaurant étaient très élevés. L'assiette enfant était plus grarnie que l'assiette adulte. Des éclats sur le bord de la baignoire laissaient apparaître des traces de rouille peu engageantes. Il faisait trop froid dans la salle du petit-déjeuner, pas agréable du tout.

Good location, but facilities were lacking

Staff was great at both the hotel and restaurant on site. The location was near the airport, so it was perfect for our family who had a rather long international flight the next day.

The air conditioning was broken and there were no fans offered. The point of our stay was for comfort and convenience before an 11 hour flight. The heat in the hotel was horrible and we all struggled to get sleep. The staff did their best, but were faced with a lot of upset guest. There also seemed to be a shortage of staff especially in the restaurant. The staff seemed to be over worked. We were given a discount on the room rate.

Excellent stay, but disappointed with the restaurant (for which Mövenpick used to have a good name

Hotel was, as usual, excellent, staff friendly and helpful, and the shuttle service was very much appreciated.

We wanted to eat at the restaurant in the evening, but were disappointed by the limited and rather overpriced meals that were available. There seemed to be a preference for vegetarian meals. We therefore went to the Radisson Blue hotel in the airport and enjoyed an excellent and reasonably priced meal there. Theres seems to be a missed opportunity for your hotel here.
