Nice stay to catch an early flight without stress

The hotel is very close to the Zürich Airport - less than 10 minutes to the check in, a good place to stay between flight transfers or if your flight is very early in the morning. Very friendly staff, the room very well equipped. We recommend without restrictions.

The only thing not so good was that the heating was not able to heat up the room to a "comfortable" level, but we had big enough blankets. ;-)

After kissing a lot of frog hotels I finally found my prince!

The decor of this hotel really stands out: it is colourful, imaginative and appealing. The room was very well appointed with beautiful finishings. Exceptionally smooth linen on the super comfortable bed. My room even had a view over the park behind the hotel. I travel a lot and enjoy staying in comfortable hotels, and this one really was 10 out of 10! During my entire stay I never heard a plane taking off or landing even though the hotel is right next to the airport, so the sound-proofing is really top class. Very friendly staff and a lovely restaurant with a very interesting menu round off the first-class experience. My go-to option in Zurich from now on!

There are two Hyatt hotels at the Circle and the sign-posting coming from the airport should be clearer.

Emplacement accolé à l’aéroport, « quartier » très agréable, calme, moderne, colline-parc à côté. Hotel moderne, confortable, salle de sport bien, bon petit-déjeuner. Horaires 24/24h pour acheter nourriture et faire du sport

A l’arrivée réception très mal indiquée, on croirait un bar… Tarif petit-déjeuner 38 franc par personne, me semble excessif.

Very nice modern hotel near the Zurich Airport.

I arrived early morning and the lady at the reception was very helpful to get my room ready early. Nice modern room. The breakfast was excellent. nice park behind the Circle, excellent for a jog

Everything was nice. Maybe it would be good if the Hotel could be accessed under cover if it's raining heavily.

Modern well designed hotel with attentive and caring staff. In a one-of-a-kind setting unique to any on-airport hotel with walking paths and a natural park setting along with outdoor patio restaurants and roof top bars nearby. Plus a well equipped fitness facility.

Pay attention of two Hyatt hotels in the same building. You could pay double price like me.

No time for a breakfast.

Better separation between the two Hyatts at Zurich Airport preventing location mistakes. See in the following text. I am a Hyatt guest with your gold passport number 518976619B. For the night from October 24 to 25, 2024, I made a reservation for me for one night at Hyatt Zurich Airport hotel via www.booking.com and with a guarantee with my debit card. The JASTA travel agency, which organized my flight to Zurich, asked me if I am planing to stay at Hyatt Zurich Airport and I confirmed it. The agency doublechecked it with Hyatt a made a direct advance hotel payment for me. On Thursday last week I landed in Zurich, went to Hyatt, confirmed that the payment was performer by the travel agency and stayed overnight at the room. During the night I received a message from my bank that due to the „no show“ at Hyatt Zurich Airport I was billed with an additional 229 CHF. I understood that it was a mistake because I´ve already slept at Hyatt Zurich Airport. In the morning I checked the mistake with the reception and they informed me that I was at Hyatt Regency at Zurich Airport (which was paid by the Jasta travel agency) and I should maybe to stay at Hyatt Place at the Zurich Airport which is approx. 200 meter away from the Hyatt Regency and which was probably booked by www.booking.com. I went to the next Hyatt and this was really true. May I ask you please to return the payment of 229 CHF back to my debit card in this special mistake case of mixing two Hyatt hotels in the same building? I am very sorry to trouble you with this issue and many thanks in advance.

The beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is excellent. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are in good shape.

Only detail is the toilet when flushed sprayed some water outside the basin.

es centrico. el desayuno completo es a partir de las 7 am. antes es continental de 4 am en adelante en la temporada que fui.

no aceptan cambios en las reservas. la atención al personal es mala de quien me recibió y contesto mis mensajes. un cambio en el día me cobraban el doble de la reserva.. mejor la cancele. hay más hoteles cerca. lo evitaría a un futuro
