Friendly staff

Breakfast was good. All staff are very friendly

Food is expensive and not that great. Alcohol is totally overpriced at the hotel. Eat and drink somewhere else

Comfy and close to everything Can be easily reached and most of the shopping centers and sights are nearby. The room was comfortableThe breakfast was delicious and the staff was also kind and helpful with anything, with perfect English, so there were no miscommunication issues Yen very kind for allowing us for late checkout. Kim was nice and friendly😘

Lost Glory. A good option. hotel needs to make a light renovation and maintenance. all in all it is

Lost Glory. A beautiful hotel with lots of good thinking in the design of each room. a spacious and beautiful one. large closet. good balcony. the ambiance is good and the lobby is marvelous. The staff is welcoming and helpful.

the bath is old. the tap was connected to Bidet which is a bit strange to use it. you need to open the BIdet Tap and while it is running it is attached to the main water tap. There were insects that needs to use pesticides.

Saddened

I did not want to give your hotel a bad review but my room, number 170, was very noisy from the music playing just outside the lobby. It also had an unacceptable staining on the carpet. You gave me a credit for two drinks, maybe worth £6- sterling. I found this a bit insulting. I would like a refund of one night in compensation. Only then would I give a good review and return another time. Alistair Stewart

The hotel completes and made our day This hotel is already a part of our memorable day as husband and wife The hotel staff are all friendly and approachable. The ambience of the hotel is comfortable, elegant and really recommendable to tourists and visitors who wants to relax, meditate, staycation and even me time, quality time with friends and loved ones! Awesome

Shout out to Ali, he went above and beyond to make my stay worth it, he was kind to extend our check out time and my wife was able to rest as she was not feeling well.

All together it was awesome. The room cleanliness was not up to the other standards, for example the door stopper had made bad carpet markings , it looked bad but it's not something major.
