The worst foreign experience in my life.

The hotel itself is amazing, both the facilities as the look and feel. View is lovely and Rooms are charming.

I’ve been coming to Park Hyatt for years and love the hotel chain. I was staying here for a few days and ended up having to prolong my stay. After that the hotel offered me a extra night stay on basis of business invoice that could be paid by the company the next day though whilst I wanted to go out for drinks with friends I was blocked in a roadblock by the manager Ahmed Muhammad and 3 guards held me prisoner against my will even though they aknowledged that their colleagues agreed to the payment by business invoice they next day. The manager was very passive aggressive until I showed him that I was making a review and asked for his full name, from that moment he offered me water and tried to be more polite. I feel humiliated and disgraced and will never go to a Hyatt hotel anymore in my life.

Everything was perfect beautiful - I think the best hotel and service and food in my life - even I travel a lot all over the world 5* - but this place was exceptional !!!!!

The trip was amazing and it was mostly due to the hotel, it’s staff, restaurant options

Close to the airport, the swimming pools with different atmospheres each, amazing golf course and golf facilities on the resort, plenty of restaurants options on the resort. Staff were very polite and friendly.

الي ما اعجبني أني كنت حاجزه هذا الفندق والفندق الي قبله مع الفطور يوم وصلت لك الفندقين قالو بدون فطور مره انقهرت

The breakfast is very nice, the restaurants for dinner are amazing, the staff are so nice and friendly. Guest services, room service, and all staff are really very helpful and professional

The room lack a USB slot for charging.

Luxusoase mitten in der Metropole

Sehr schöne weitläufige Anlage . Das Personal ist übermäßig freundlich ,aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Grandioses Frühstück mit allen erdenklichen Speisen wurden angeboten . Die Zimmer sin Top gepflegt und Modernisiert .

C'est un lieu magique mais qui doit se réactualiser en confort sans perdre son âme

On y revient chaque année pour une raison propre, ses étendues de jardin et d'eau et le fait qu'il ne fasse pas usine. Cependant les aménagements des chambres devraient être revu pour assurer plus de confort

Les rangements et le design autour du lit. La Tv en biais c'est vraiment pas pratique et le set d'oreillers rend la position de sommeil assez inconfortable.

The room was big, and I liked the breakfast

The main pool that we booked the 1 night for was close for manitnce, and no one communicated that the hotel sent me more 4 or 5 massage asking for payment they must had communicated that I would have pushed my booking, They have other pool whcih is the Family pools for kids with over price food and drinks.

Too much noise

Location

Loud noise in swimming areas which ruins guest experience. Pools are used by non residents and run under contract to keep them happy at expense of guests!!??
