Amazing house and condominium. We would come back for sure

Location, front desk service, restaurant and the club house are very good. The house is beautiful and well maintained.

We had a problem into our checkin. There was maid listening to music at the house when we opened the door. Also we found lacking of cleaning when we entered the house. But the front desk promptly correct this episode by giving us free cleaning service daily.

La Gestión del anfitrión. Se ofrece un transfer gratuito desde el aeropuerto que no apareció. Al llegar al Condominio nadie sabia de mi llegada. Estuve esperando mas de 1h hasta que apareció mi llave. La recepción cierra a las 5 p.m., antes de mi llegada, y nadie me avisó. La información sobre la clave Wi-Fi proporcionada por el Club no era la correcta. Al final tuve sobrecoste por espera de taxi y por romaing de datos

Would definitely consider a second stay at this property!

Very spacious. Perfect for our two couples. Loved having our private pool. Enjoyed close proximity to Arashi Beach.

Definitely needed our rental car.

Misled with booking and security was breached.

View is great. Private pool is nice. Only garbage was cleared out twice during our stay. No other cleaning during our 6 day stay (ie no clean linens, bedding, sweeping, etc.) If you plan to cook, bring all supplies. There is only salt and pepper. No olive oil, spices, etc. it does come with plates, cups, cookware etc. A few unsettling things that happened during our first time in Aruba: We were told that our slip would provide us with 2 chairs and an umbrella at Arashi beach. When we arrived at the beach they provided 2 chairs and umbrellas were all being used. So when one came open, we moved our chairs to it. The man at the beach came over demanding we pay for it and raised his voice, pulled the umbrella out and away from us and caused a scene completely ruining our first day on the island. It was incredibly disrespectful and hurtful the way he interacted with us. We were severely misled about booking the home and photos shown on the booking. BEWARE if you want to be in the bedroom overlooking the ocean, it’s not part of this booking. The photos in the booking showed this beautiful ocean view bedroom and when we arrived, that room upstairs was locked. The booking message said we would’ve had to book The 3 bedroom option however when we looked, We did not find any three bedroom option. The listing shouldn’t show amazing bedroom view if that’s not what you get. We’ve never been there so we don’t know but it wasn’t even an option. Whole reason we booked that villa was to wake up to the amazing ocean view but instead we were downstairs in a standard bedroom. Upstairs window ocean view was not accessible. We would’ve rather had that one bedroom instead of the two downstairs. Security was breached and nothing was done to rectify situation other than having the police come to file a report. The next two nights we didn’t feel safe to even walk out back or sit outside near the pool patio area when it got dark.

Great house for my family! Really comfortable beds!!

Very easy to get the keys from the reception desk. Perks and amenities were explained well. House was clean and airco was on. Beds were soooo comfortable. House is fully stocked. Nice to have laundry onsite.

House is a bit dated but was very clean and well-appointed with all that we needed. Only reason I didn't give it a '10' rating is because it is dated inside.

Exceptional

Wonderful accommodations, spotless and well maintained resort and home. Restaurant and spa an amazing addition right on site. Staff were pleasant, responsive and represent "One Happy Island" and themselves well. Location close enough to everything without getting overwhelmed with the High Rise tourist crush. Really a great vacation!

the photos showed villas as being independent buildings with there own pools but the units are actually condos with no pools.

The entire property was beautiful, with spectacular views from all over the resort. From the moment we drove into the resort until our villa, the restaurant the driving range and all through the golf course!

The villa was not very clean when we arrived and there were some maintenance issues that the front desk dealt with as quickly as possible.

It was great and I would stay here again. I’ve been telling everyone to stay at TDS!

The grounds were beautiful and amenities were great. The view was spectacular.

The house has some aspects that looked outdated but that’s only in regards to aesthetics.

The property was a nice cool setting , great view from my room , when assistance needed inside the villa the response time is very fast , I liked it there I would def go back.

I didn’t like that the pool closes so early 5pm is way to early and I think we should at least be greeted with a complimentary drink.

Very good

Christina is an asset to your establishment. Competent, friendly, and demonstrates a customer-centric approach to problem solving- anticipating the needs of her customer- and following through on requests and recommendations. She went above and beyond calling me repeatedly (I was in a long phone conference for work) a day before our expected arrival to impress on me the need to move quickly to secure a 7+ seater van for my party due to rental vehicle shortages (current and anticipated) at that time. We had the last vehicle of that size available to us the next day. Needless to say that I listened carefully to her suggestions thereafter! If you haven’t already done so - she certainly deserves a supervisory/managerial role. Her example and approach can certainly help protect/boost brand/reputation.

The space seemed to have been unused for an extended period and as a result was a bit dusty in some areas. Otherwise , on subsequent days, housekeeping worked to make space comfortable after our arrival.

Wonderful location and house is very comfortable

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Response all around the resort is excellent. The view from the room was very good and nice with a steady breeze the whole day. The decor of the room was very good and up to date and modern furniture. Housekeeping, maintenance personnel members were very helpful and friendly.

As the house has been unused for some time, we encountered several problems that were quickly handled by the Tierra del Sol maintenance group. However, one of the air conditioning units failed in one of the bedrooms and the mother board needed to be repaired, so we lost one bedroom with air conditioning during our stay that made our stay less comfortable at the property within the family. The staff was very helpful, but the fact remained that we required 3 air conditioning bedrooms and lost one during our stay as they were unable to solve this problem on short notice. To avoid these situations to occur, the conditions to be checked before arrival of the guests. The rest of the stay was perfect.
