Bij het ontbijt werden borden wat te snel afgeruimd waardoor je het idee had dat er vooral haast moest gemaakt worden.

Sehr gutes Hotel für einen Wien-Besuch

Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Betten zudem super bequem. Die letzte Renovierung der Zimmer ist natürlich schon etwas länger her, sodass diese nicht besonders modern sind, aber alles war sauber und die Qualität der Matratze zb sehr gut

Great location, go to Breakfast early!

Simply divine, from warm welcome at front desk, large room with windows we could open. Felt very spoilt, steam room and sauna a treat. Breakfast had a wide variety, even if we missed on fruit and pancakes.

Be good to include bathrobes and slippers in room, so when going to the fitness/ steam room area you are prepared 😀. Also we came down for breakfast just b4 10 and many of the popular offerings were already finished, staff not topping up those dishes. Unfortunate for us.

Comfortable and convenient!

Great hotel in a good location. Stayed with my two daughters in a room with two singles and an extra bed. Space was tight but the beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet. The breakfast was amazing and they easily accommodated our gluten free requests.

Bőséges, változatos reggeli. Központi, de nem zajos helyen. Mindig barátságos, segítőkész személyzet. A foglaltnál jobb szobát kaptam, mert csak ez volt üres. :)

Very comfortable and quiet

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious, very clean and well equipped. It was quiet. Very close to Naschmarkt and to Karlsplatz U station. Chocolate on the pillow.

be careful of only one male staff of the front staffs

You should be careful of only one male staff of the front staffs of whose attitude seems to change depending on race or language, and also be careful of the scams committed by the taxi driver called by this male staff. I asked one male staff to call a taxi. The male staff seemed to have called a taxi that he often uses. The called taxi driver did not start the fare meter and even presented a receipt with an excessive amount. This criminal act left me with the worst memories of Vienna. I seriously hope that there is no cooperative relationship between the male staff of this hotel and the taxi driver.

Can recommend easily - very comfortable and reception staff smiling, polite & helpful

Breakfast was always excellent.

They have a staff shortage as so many places do and we had to ask 3 times to have someone come clean our room.

A wonderful hotel in the city center

The attractions are just a 5-10 minute walk away. Fabulous breakfast. Excellent cleanliness and room service. The hotel's amazing atmosphere provides a cozy and comfortable experience

good quiet location with nearby public transport, Naschmarkt and the city. enjoyed the excellent breakfast. staff spoke good English and were attentive.

shower was slow. Lift was small but we were on the first floor so used the wide staircase after checking in.

Lovely

The reception polite and helpful. The hotel bellman knows the occupants more than the reception, understands your needs and make the car available ASAP. The hotel is far 2 KM from city center. the suite is clean, bigger & pleasant The breakfast is variant and delicious.

No parking &the nearest 20€ per day.

Vienna is a great place to visit and recommend to buy Vienna pass for 2 or 3 days to see all palaces and museums.

Receptionist ruined the experience

Receptionist tried to sell his parking and didn’t warn, that on the street we can’t leave car for more than 2 hours. He was so hyped about himself, looked and acted like a freak. I hope the guy is glad we got our fine to pay for the parking.

Would definitely recommend this hotel for its comfort and location.

Excellent location in walking distance of many of Vienna’s main attractions. Very good breakfast. Superior room was comfortable and spacious as was the bathroom.

Good hotel. But they let me down

Comfy, well placed, good breakfast although no change throughout 3 days of my stay. Quiet!!

I was very disappointed that I didn't get the suite that appeared in the photos in my confirmation. At the reception they said they can't do anything about it because 'that suite was taken' and that photos are informative. I say it's more like deceptive because the one I got wasn't even displayed. As the receptionist said 'we have 3 kinds of suites' but they only show the most spacious one at the attic. I payed for the most expensive suite thinking I'll get what they show in photos, but got something I didn't expect.
