Good location, big rooms, is clean, has nice staff, helpful in all matters.

If the windows face the street, it is very noisy. There is a kitchen in the room, but there is nothing for cooking, no forks, no knives, no plates, no pots, pans There are no shampoo shelves in the shower, everything is on the floor, the shower is high and it is impossible to adjust it. Not once in 5 days did not change the towels.

Lovely place and would stay here again.

great location, close to major tourist attractions within walking distance as well as to underground system and trams. Room was large and comfortable and very clean. Staff were helpful. Breakfast had a good choice of options. I would stay here again.

My only minor complaint was that there was not enough water pressure in the shower. But we managed

Don’t believe what they advertise.

Nothing to like.

I booked this hotel because they advertise double or twin rooms. When me and my friend arrived we requested a twin room but were told the only twin room was at a higher rate and we had to pay an extra €75 for our three night stay. We feel a bit conned by this as we had already paid quite a lot for the original booking.

Vienna Visit

The location of this hotel couldn't be better. On looking up "The Top Ten Things To See Or Do In Vienna", all of them were easily within 15 minutes walk from the hotel. The room was very comfortable and clean with a large modern bathroom with double shower. Room cleaning service was excellent. Helpful staff on 24 hour reception.

A great hotel for your family vacation. The breakfast can be skipped.

The rooms are large and well lit; with hardwood floors and two toilet rooms (in am apartment). The fridge, the heating and all the facilities worked well. The staff was very helpful. Great location.

The "Double bed" was actually two single beds joined together which made $*#o< challenging. The breakfast can be better.

I will definitely stay again at Hotel Secession, if / when I go to Vienna

Wonderful location, the Secession in front of us, the Opera House at 5 minutes' walk, Karlskirche very close, Naschmarkt right there. Nice personnel, good services. Very nice room, large yet cozy, warm, windows on two sides (one to the Secession). We did not have breakfast at the hotel.

Balcony doors are locked. No vegan dishes for breakfast. No shelter from the rain in the outdoors smoking area.

my favorite hotel so far!

This is my favorite hotel so far! We loved the huge, cosy, aristocratic rooms. large windows bringing lots of light. Spacious bathroom. We had everything we needed and we had a great stay.

You can easily reach the opera and subway lines through an underground passageway a few meters away from the hotel. You can also walk to Mariahilfestrasse, which is about two blocks away
