Très bel hôtel bien que certaines installations ne soient pas à la hauteur

La suite a beaucoup de cachet avec un bel éclairage et de beaux rideaux dans un style classique. L'hôtel est bien situé au centre ville dans le boulevard central et il est agréable de ce balader le long de l'avenue principale. Belle salle pour le petit déjeuner avec des tables alignées le long de grandes fenêtres avec une vue dégagée.

La chambre était mal chauffée et nous avons eu froid (hiver, neige et température extérieure négative). Nous avons dû mettre des linges par terre à la salle de bain car le sol était si froid et dans la suite ce n'était pas mieux. Les radiateurs était derrière les rideaux ce qui ne permettait pas un chauffage suffisant à moins peut-être de les laisser ouverts la nuit ce que nous n'avons pas voulu faire évidemment. Autre point négatif, il n'y avais pas de ventilation à la salle de bain mais un plafond mal collé avec des interstices qui laissait entrer le froid et échapper le chaud. Il n'y avait pas de menu et de room service pour commander à manger ou à boire. Mis à part cela l'hôtel est beau.

In centro ma tranquillo

Stanza all ultimo piano con arredamento piacevolmente "antico". Personale gentilissimo. Bollitore in camera. Piccolo parcheggio gratuito dell hotel e comunque possibilità di parcheggio gratuito durante la notte e con disco orario di giorno. Buona insonorizzazione delle stanze

Qualche maleducato ha fumato nella stanza impregnandola di odor di fumo nonostante sia non fumatori.

Great value for the price.

Room was clean, quiet and spacious and the bathroom had been upgraded to modern style fixtures. So, even though the hotel was an older property, the room was well maintained. The hotel had a small elevator, 2 person size. Location was great, located in downtown La Chaux du Fonds and walking distance to the International Museum of Horology, a shopping mall and restaurants. Hotel even had a small parking lot if you are driving.

No air conditioner, but this is Europe and I didn't expect one.

Everything was perfect, specially the staff. I had to cancel my last night the day before leaving and they simply refunded the night without question!

It s not really a negative point, but the rooms are a bit outdated and probably not getting on everyone taste. But they are honest and you get what you see on the pictures.

Great location for our visit to a nearby Swiss Watch Manufacturer and centrally located in the town.

Room was comfortable, quiet and had everything I needed for my stay. Breakfast offered a wide choice of items and the cost was very reasonable. I'll happily return.

Parking was a little tight, but with limited space and limited spaces, I managed to find and park in a space happily.

It was very central - lovely reception and really comfortable clean rooms. The breakfast was good too!

There could have been someone to run the bar - it took a while to get a member of staff to the bar and the range of drinks weren’t great

Vintage hotel, great location and price

Staying at this hotel in the heart of La Chaux is a very special experience. The hotel and its rooms feel very vintage and from another era. The location is perfect just few minutes walk from the train station and the staff were very nice and friendly. they also give you a free ticket booklet which allows you to visit many museums and attractions in the region for free.

Dirty and outdated

The reception was not friendly. The carpet and furniture was at least 60 years old and dusty. Normally I am not allergic, but the air was so suffocating that it made me sick with fever. There was no ventilation or airco. The drain of the shower was blocked. This was my worst hotel experience of the last 10 years.
