Not worth the money but a very nice hotel

Iconic building and very luxurious; Hermes toiletries are an example. Location is great

Some of the staff were lacklustre; check in took ages simply because they sit you down and take your passport etc instead of just going to a desk, checking in, job done. Similarly on checkout, the bellboy coming to get the luggage from the room… we needed it straight away as we were immediately leaving but he simply put it in the luggage room despite me saying specifically not to do that. It’s like they have only one way of doing things… then the buggy driver was being overly “matey” with me, obviously trying to get me to give him a tip. It was cringe worthy. All the above are first world problems but when you’re spending £2k a night you don’t expect to have anything whatsoever to complain about.

This is an awesomely, beautiful hotel.

This hotel is unbelievable. It just took my breath away walking in to the lobby from the staff greeting me with dates and Arabic coffee. And, my room. I didn’t know if I deserve this or not but this was a truly wonderful, exciting, exceptional experience of a lifetime, and I am just so overwhelmed with its beauty.

I would not change a thing! everything was perfect.

I liked everything about the hotel, all the staff in all fields are very helpful and humble, the hotel is very, very clean and the atmosphere is fantastic. And the swimming pool is very beautiful. We spent most of our time in it .. I will definitely come back to re-experience again in this wonderful hotel . Thank you for making my holiday one of the best holidays I have ever spent in Dubai.

Feel like a scam

it’s famous

No taste and low class, couldn’t match the name and fame at all. You see all kinds of people strolling around, lots of low cost group tours people staying this supposed to be a noble place. Can you imagine paying USD 2000 a night to stay with low cost group tours in an environment like a public casino? No return for sure.

The service and the hospitality of the staff at the hotel were more than being excellent. For us, they were the reason why Burj Al Arab is so unique and special.

The pre-arrival communication via r-mail. It took a couple of days and two e-mails for the team to reply. The gentlemen who responded my e-mail told us the inside Burj Al Arab tour wasn’t complementary for in-house guests. In fact, it was free and it was absolutely worth it!!
