Home away from home

From check-in to check-out everything was so easy and simple, our stay was amazing! felt just as comfortable as we would’ve been in our own home, cleanliness and the approach of the team members, I would like to especially thank Sudhir for his amazing customer service and highly professional approach to his work, he’s definitely a true asset and example to his company, will be back again for sure.

De ruimte was erg groot, we hadden alle voorzieningen. Een vaatwasser, strijkijzer, droogrek, koelkast, diepvries en noem maar op!

Schoonmakers waren niet heel goed/grondig. Gebruikte handoeken lieten ze liggen. Ze ruimde wel netjes op maar ze waren niet heel schoon.

God, but very bad policy for guests visiting.

VEry big.

To have a guest visit you, they take a very long bureacracy process that have the person 20 minutes waiting in reception waiting to the "go ahead" permision. Inaceptable.

I had been paid for comfort and apartment with sea view in order to stay inside the apartment most of the time. Hovewer

Next door apartment is under construction. Impossible to stay in the room in the timeframe from 08 AM to 6 PM. Drilling the walls, hammering and etc.

I went last July 22 and they ask for Deposit 500 through credit card up to know they didn’t return the amount.

They did not give the property, which was advertised. It was different from the pictures

They did not provide the property which they promised. They took the whole amount. Roof was leaking. Bath tub had cracks in it. Toilet seat was broken

Clean space and good location but need to be clear on what you cannot provide to the client !

The location and the team were good.

All the services offerts ( pool, beach, gym) on the web page are separate from the building and that takes time and money to go there. There is no service taxi from the airport.

Checkin time- first of all there is an unusual checkin time 4pm . In my case I got checkin at 6 pm . They took long time to allocate the room. Exactly at 12 pm the next day, they locked the room and said, it is checkout time

the advertising picture was deceiving, the rooms were not beach access

Avoid it...

Only location was ok despite the access beach was not there and the gym under maintenance.

There wasn’t the direct access to the beach as advised. In the appartement, the carpet was to dirty, the floor too. In the bathroom, the furniture was damaged and water leakage was their during all of stay.

It was very big, veiw to the beach as well. Staff were kind too, no lies in description and super clean. I think it's great and definitely recommend. It's great and close to many good places as well.

Check-in was a bit confusing and getting to building as well, was not bad.

I liked the location

Staff at the check in desk were not friendly and didnt give much information and during check in the Security guard asked me to move my car elsewhere because it was time up. Mind you this is at the check in office and one should wait until the process is completed and given your designated parking. Waking up to screaming children and barking dogs. Apartment didnt have a seaview as per advert on booking. Com but instead had carparking shades and another apartment block located right in front of my balcony as a view The water was cold and the carpark dark lit. Mosquitoes and flies in the flat and when I asked for a repellant , was told it was my responsibility to buy one. The Gymn and swimming pool were in a different block which was 25 minutes walk from mine , how ridiculous!!! and I couldnt go due to my bad knee . To access the beach there was a fee to be paid despite this not been mentioned at time of booking. All that was mentioned was the apartment had beach access.This was a nightmare of a holiday apartment and it really ruined my holiday. I feel conned of my money.I wouldnt recommend this apartment to anyone who wants an enjoyable holiday in Dubai.

Misleading advertising

Good size room, well appointed, handy to supermarket

Advertised with a pool and beach this is not really the case. there is access to a beach club which is across a10 lane highway then 20 minutes walk down the road.
