Bom mas cuidado com a caução a pagar

O quarto limpo e funcionários de limpeza de quarto e concierge da Dam 2 simpáticos. Pequeno almoço muito agradável no regime buffet com muitas pessoas mas com bastante oferta.

No booking consta quarto com opção 2 adultos e 2 crianças mas no hotel consideram como 3. Tivemos de confirmar que estavam asseguradas camas para todos (que não estava). Exigem uma caução de valor elevado com o check in e passado 20 dias ainda não recebemos a devolução do montante não gasto. Praia condicionada em Determinadas zonas, e a efetuarem obras de manutenção.

هذا الفندق خيار اول للاستفادة من الوايلد وادي والبحر والراحة والاستجمام واهتمامهم بادق التفاصيل بدءاً من وصولك حيث الرائحة الجميلة والاستقبال بالقهوة العربية وتعامل الموظفين جميعهم

خدمة الغرف لم تعجبني هذه المره اتصلت عليهم لأخذ المشاريب الروحية من الميني بار لأن اطفال معاي مرتين ولم يستجيبوا الا ثاني يوم ، وايضا تنظيف الغرفة كان هناك اكثر من معجون اسنان مقدم من الفندق بأول يوم وصولي بعد تنظيف الغرفة اختفوا .

Toller Badeurlaub

Sehr gepflegte Anlage, sehr aufmerksames Personal.

Durch die Zeitumstellung hatten wir Mühe, rechtzeitig zum Frühstück zu kommen. Sonntags war es dann noch eine Stunde eher beendet.

Bueatiful relaxing atmosfer and great restorants , would like to specially mention the French Rivera Beach Club and staf

Amazing , beautiful gardens in the middle of desert . Very clean room, good service . Perfect work of resection and specially Mr. Kiran . I book first just 1 day in case I don’t like the facility and after decide to extend for 2 more days . All process went very nice . Our room was upgraded and the service we received was very good. Thank you

Direi bello rilassante ma attenti ai contratti che firmate, per location , colazioni e tasse

Mi e’ piaciuto , la posizione , sicuramente il mare , la spiaggia migliore di Dubai

Non mi e’ piaciuto che in villa , non ci fosse mai nessuno . C’era un receptionist solo all’ ora dell aperitivo . Non abbiamo fatto né il check in , né il check out privato come da contratto . Inoltre al check in volevano farci pagare soldi in più per delle tasse e altro ancora che poi si sono rilevate non vere . Infatti la prenotazione su Booking la dava ad un prezzo , mentre loro pretendevano 1500 euro in più !

Perfect stay! thnx Guys for always a perfect host!

As always this is my 2nd home in town! The most friendly employees in the world, clean rooms and the feeling you’re family! After 15 years several times per year, these hotel is family to me and to many clients of my company. Amazing restaurants, Best Spa in the World, Clean and spacious beach, Breakfast best in the world and the local atmosphere you expect when you’re in the Middle East!

Perfekte Strandhotel, in toller Lage!

Perfektes Hotel. Mehr kann man dazu nicht sagen. Teilweise renovierte Zimmer, obwohl die anderen Zimmer noch sehr gut sind. Wir waren zum dritten Mal hier und kommen im Oktober wieder.

Les déplacements en Abra, la beauté du complexe, le professionnalisme d'Olga au petit déjeuner, et la propreté des lieux.

Ne pas avoir eu des retours concernant des demandes faites au préalable (célébration d'une grande occasion particulière lors du check in et lors d'un dîner).

Best hotel for family vacation.No need to risk…

we loved every single detail about Al Masyaf. spacious rooms,beautiful surrounding,beach and pools.Very helpfull hoat for all your needs. Lots of restaurants near by but bit pricy. This is the only hotel we’ll return in Dubai.

Perfect resort for a luxury comfort break

This is an excellent property. Perfect setting, tasteful decor, attention to detail, and great service from all the staff. We were there for a short stay only, and we would surely come back for a longer stay

The buggy and abra transfers booking took a bit long at times

Fabulous location with wonderful, attentive staff.

Our Butler support was exceptional and was a real highlight of our stay.

The villas are disconnected from the main hotel facilities which meant we had to take a buggy or Abra each time we wanted to leave our room (breakfast, dinner etc.). At times the buggies were slow to arrive but our Butler was on hand to follow-up on our behalf.

Extraordinary hotel! Maybe I could not afford it during the high season (winter), but I could, since it was off-season (summer). Best hotel breakfast I have ever had in my life! So many options. All the compound (5 or 6 hotels,including Burj Al Arab) + water park make a perfect atmosphere of fun and relaxation.

An experience in Babylonia

Perfection itself. From all aspects, it was perfect.. Everybody on this planet earth knows, Babylon and it’s hanging gardens. Somehow Dar Al Masyaf, depicted this beautiful Babylonian experience.

Disappointing

It’s huge , staff is awesome , pools are great , breakfast was nice

My ac wasn’t working properly , I called the butler and he said he will send someone …. But no one came and we passed a really hot bad sleepless night. Such a shame becos we really loved everything else
