Unvergesslich - werde wiederkommen.

Ein ausgezeichnetes, einmaliges Hotel mit Stil und Eleganz im Herzen von Prag. Perfekter Service und Beratung durch das Personal an der Rezeption (vor allem Budi aber auch alle anderen).

Fast nichts. Anregung: wenn das Hotel schon den Namen 'Mozart' trägt, hätte man im eleganten Innenhof, der zum Verweilen einlädt, Musik des für viele grössten Komponisten, der je lebte, wiedergeben können - statt die langweilige überall gleiche 'Hotelmusik' als nichtssagender Klangteppich.

Lovely hotel, great staff and excellent location

Location ! Kind of old charm property with 2 very picturesque courtyards etc….! Great staff , all of them ! Good breakfast.. With an exceptional concierge called Allan! 👍also a special mention of the receptionist upon arrival, who handled the change of the room after we found out about the NO elevator ! Very patient and friendly!

The fact that nowhere is to be found in descriptions that the rooms in the old Palace part have NO ELEVATORS !!! I am 83 years old! My room was booked there, ( 2 winding stone staircases up!😞) so we had problem in finding same type {King Size Suite) in the more modern part! In the end a similar type was found for 2 nights (we booked 4) and no guarantee that we could stay in the room for the whole duration Fortunately it turned out we could stay the 4 nights! We were not informed about this and after 2 nights we were faced with a room with a lock that was blocked! Bad communication with the reservation dept.? That is my only critical observation! We would certainly recommend this lovely and well located property!

Great location

The courtyard room (106) was a little cold. It was noisy as they were setting up for the Christmas Market right outside the door of the room. Work commenced early in the morning and woke us up. We ate in the restaurant the first night but the food was cold and the atmosphere soulless.

Perfekt beliggenhet rett ved Charle's Bridge og Gamlebyen. Gangavstand til alt. Hotellet oppgraderte oss til en fantastisk suite! Hyggelig og imøtekommende personale, som var veldig behjelpelig med alt vi ønsket.

location was very good, walking distance from old town and Charles Bridge, we ate breakfast only 1 day of our trip and it was very good. The room/suite was very good and very spacious

the view could have been better, there was a big building in front of the window, we had to look on the side for a good view

True 5-star accommodations.

What was not to like! The property is an historical gem and it is located in the center of Prague. The Charles Bridge is less than a 2-minute walk. The Mozart staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast food was delicious.

Beautiful hotel with great location!

We stayed in the suite 320 for two nights - it’s a beautiful rustic suite but you do have to go two floors up to reach it. The room is located in the back courtyard and is quiet - you neither hear the street noise nor other guests. The mini fridge had various sodas and water that was included in the hotel room price. Nice touch! The location of the hotel is superb! 3 min walk to the Charles Bridge, 15 min walk to Lesser Town, 10 min to the Town square. We took Uber from the airport, cost was about 500 CZK + tip. It took about 30 min. Staff are friendly and check-in and check-out was fast. We definitely recommended this beautiful hotel if you want to be close to the old town and Charles Bridge.

WiFi wasn’t working too well in room 320 - we keep getting disconnected

Wonderful!

One of the best locations in Prague. We loved a la crate breakfast and coffee, but the rest of the breakfast menu was a little disappointing. Only one morning, on Saturday, there were actually warm dishes to choose from. That was it - one day during our stay. But, everything else was truly wonderful and the staff is great. Room is cleaned daily and hotel is super quiet even though you are right across the Charles Bridge. We walked everywhere from the hotel. We had a wonderful stay and will recommend this hotel to others.

Unforgetable stay

The hotel is a historical jewel - an old place in an unbeatable location in Prague, with a long history and tradition. Rooms are comfortable and attractive. Toiletries are elegant and there is ample amount of plugs for all electric devices. The furniture is very in tune with the historical motif, which adds to the charm. The service is exquisite and prompt. Staff are friendly, punctual, knowledgeable, and attentive. The restaurant is a hidden jewel - it’s menu is simple but the food is outstanding.

Given that it is a historical property, there can be a few quirks, like the toilet on one side of a suite and the shower on the other side. Temperature regulation in the room can be tricky, depending on which side or part of the hotel one’s room is located.

well maintained, lovely location and history and lovely staff, very helpful! off course the view - overlooking Charles bridge, the Prague castle and the river..

If I have to comment on anything I'd say the hotel can improve on the mattresses - not that comfortable..
