Praga meravigliosa

Posizione centrale perfetta per girare Praga a piedi. Colazione ottima e abbondante.

L’aria condizionata non era molto efficiente e non riusciva in pieno a rinfrescare la camera. Molto rumore fino a tarda notte che per necessità di tenere la finestra aperta non fa stare tranquilli

Überteuertes Hotel, welches für seinen Preis für Familien nicht angemessen ist.

Die Lage des Hotels ist top. Man ist mitten im Geschehen. Das Bad war sauber, geräumig und alles notwendige verfügbar. Ein schön großes, bequemes Bett.

Die fehlende Begrüßung zum Check-in. Unsympathischer erster Eindruck von der Empfangsdame. Unangemessene Größe des Fahrstuhls für einen gewöhnlichen Kinderwagen. Kein Kinderhochstuhl vorhanden gewesen. Sehr hellhörige Räume. Decke bebte wenn über dem Zimmer jemand gelaufen ist. Lautes knarren der Türen, zudem klemmten diese bzw. rasteten sehr schlecht ins Schloss ein. Das WLAN war eine Katastrophe - ständige Netzschwankungen, man musste sich ständig neu einwählen und zum Teil fand man den Router nicht. Schlechtes Frühstücksbüffet - keine ausgewogene Auswahl, das Gemüse (Gurke) war trocken bzw. nicht frisch. Die Wurst und der Käse lagen zum Teil in der Sonne zum schwitzen.

Konumu, odanın ferahlığı ve manzarası muhteşem. Çift kişilik yatak büyüktü. Temizdi. 303 nolu odada kaldık tam meydana bakıyordu, christmas marketler hemen aşağıdaydı.

Kahvaltı daha iyi olabilirdi, pek beğenmedik. Perdeler koyu renk biraz kasvetli. Oglum için aldıgımız extra yatak rahatsızdı.

The location of this hotel fantastic, right in old town square. Because the hotel is small the staff know all the guests so they keep out people trying to use the facilities, therefore it’s relatively quiet even though it’s one of the busiest parts of Prague.

BEST LOCATION!!! Never try to search any other hotel for my next visit. Perfect old town view from the room.

Transport was expensive than calling a taxi or Bolt.

Superb

Central location, all attractions with in walking distance. Comfortable spacious room. Even though it was situated right on Old Town Square the noise was at a minimum. The breakfast was quite adequate and tasty.

The bathroom was a bit tight.

Good value for money in a perfect location

The hotel is very centrally located, the staff is very friendly, and prices are fair. I'll certainly stay here again next time I visit.

Superb location and comfortable hotel

Super central, location couldn't be better, simple but good breakfast and big room, comfortable and warm. Also, I booked for a month in advance by mistake and just realised when I was there, receptionist was super friendly and sorted out once it had an available room.

Curtains haven't blocked the light from outside, I had to use an eye mask.

Good for short visit. I’d look for something else for a longer stay.

The location is right in the center. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was extensive (if this is included in your reservation) and is enough to power you through the day. The price was reasonable considering the location.

The WI-FI was weak and I’d actually go offline at times. The TV is not for English speakers since there are zero English language channels. I had the attic room and there was no view at all. There was, however, plenty of light and it was quiet. Those with mobility issues beware. The front desk is only manned during the day and they recommend that you don’t use the archaic elevator outside of these hours to avoid being trapped overnight! In other words, you’re humping the stairs.

Friendly, comfortable and quiet stay.

Staff friendly and helpful, breakfast was very tasty, continental and some other options, good coffee and fresh juice. The location of the hotel is perfect on the corner of the square. Everything you need around it and lots to see within walking distance. The room was large and the bed so comfortable, very quiet too! The bathroom was a good size with fresh towels and toiletries. Our son had a sofa bed and he said that was very comfortable too. We would recommend and also stay again. If a quiet comfortable stay os what you want here is ideal. It’s not high end luxury, but we’ve come home feeling well looked after and very rested.

I only had two silly issues really, home comforts I missed! There was no iron or ironing board in the room and there was a dressing table in the main bedroom but ot didn’t have a mirror. The bathroom did so we managed but just would have made it easier for getting ready.

Fantastic location! Right off the main square. Large room with excellent facilities.

The lift is a bit rickety but essential with luggage if you are on the 3-4th floor. Beware. Even with the lift you have a few steps to access the room. It is advised not to take the lift after 8pm when the reception closes. The staff at reception were lovely. However those in the restaurant were rather unfriendly and abrupt, which is a shame as it makes for an unpleasant experience.

Perfect Location, Great Room, Good Value

The location was amazing, central to the Prague square with incredible views. The staff were very friendly and extremely accomodating for our needs. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Prague

A good hotel at a great location

Nice spacious rooms at a great location. Good value for money. The restaurant is very nice too.

Rather thin walls, so quite a bit of overhearing between rooms, and from the busy square outside. Breakfast is rather limited.

Exceptional

We have stayed at this property before and really like it because of the central location and especially being right on the Square. The staff is very friendly and helpful and when returning to Prague we will definitely book this hotel if it’s available.
