Super Hotel in bester Lage

Der Service war außergewöhnliche gut, es wurde auf die Gäste eingegangen, das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Frühstück war liebevoll hergerichtet und das Buffet wurde immer wieder aufgefüllt. Das gesamte Hotel ist sauber. Man kann für 18,-/Nacht vor dem Haus parken, wenn man es vorher anmeldet. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral zwischen Burg und Altstadt, die nächste Straßenbahnstation ist ganz nah.

Choisir une chambre à l'étage supérieur

L'emplacement . Immeuble centenaire rénové

Cet hôtel n'a pas d'ascenseur et mon conjoint préférait ne pas monter les escaliersn: On nous a placé dans une chambre au rez de jardin vraiment moche dont la fenêtre n'avait aucune vue et faisait face à une thermopompe . J'ai demandé une chambre à l'étage. On nous a déplacé à l'hôtel adjacent qui partage la même réception : l'hôtel Three Storks qui s'est avéré execptionnel

Die Parkgebühr war ziemlich hoch, aber vermutlich äquivalent zum Rest von Prag.

We recommend this charming hotel in the heart of Lesser Town in Prague for its terrific location.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They were able to help us with any questions and easily arrange transport to the airpot. The continental breakfast was wonderful. We liked the location just over the Charles Bridge and at the base of the historic castle. The hotel is charming and in a central location that is easy to walk to everything.

Our window faced the driveway courtyard and the delivery trucks were loud each morning. We were in a 2 bedroom suite with one bathroom which was tight for 4 adults but we understand that is part of the charm of being in a historic building.

Hope to return to Prague and Hotel Waldstein soon!

We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was spotless with plenty of room for the family of four adults. Beds were very comfortable. The included breakfast had a great variety of foods and the breakfast room was so unique- underground with vaulted ceilings and stone walls. The hotel is is a great location- walking distance to the castle, St Charles Bridge, and many more sights of Prague. We highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Prague.

Awesome location, very comfortable and amazing staff.

Location was very good, breakfast with multiple options and the room was very comfortable and with good space. The staff was very friendly, we felt really good and well taken care of.

beautiful hotel in a wonderful area, can only fault the lack of staff and reception. otherwise cannot beat it, fabulous

the property was gorgeous, clean and quaint with spacious rooms that felt like apartments. the property was located in a quiet area that was right next to the popular tram area which can take you to the old town, new town etc for cheap and for very quickly. as we had an anniversary booking - we received a complimentary bottle of white wine which was a lovely touch

i didnt like that there was no reception at hotel waldstein, if you need anything you have to leave the hotel and go next door to the sister location the three storks. whenever something was booked through the hotel, it was say you were in next doors hotel rather than the waldstein which i deemed to be inconvenient. i will also say, if you stay here - keep the little notice on the door at all times, if you want your room cleaned they will assume you want it cleaned if you dont have the notice on the door saying you dont. not too much of an issue but when returning from the shop the staff had made the beds and refilled the coffee and we had the staff trying to enter the room as it was half completed and they hadnt noticed we had returned.

What a stay!

This stay really exceed my expectations. Unusual look inside. All the staff were so friendly, Miss Michaela and Helena were great. We also got a little upgrade of our room. Hopefully we get to come back soon!! Glad for my decision!

A trully beautiful place

The room and the hotel were simply amazing (it is not even a hotel, it is a palace)! Very good breakfast, super nice and helpful staff. The area is beautiful, very close to the Charles Bridge. I will definetly come again!

Very good stay!

The accommodations, the breakfast were very good!!

The Reception/Lobby of the hotel was 2 blocks far from the rooms. It was uncomfortable (due to the temperature)

Would stay again, great location and value for money

Lovely staff, prosecco at breakfast which was a nice touch. Great room and very helpful with tours and things to do.

Don't ask for a taxi through the hotel they will charge double. Use uber or bolt.

Recommend for those who prefer to stay away from the bustle of city centre, very clean rooms & amazing breakfast!

Rooms are very clean, modern with Prague architecture elements. Breakfast is really good. Staff are really helpful.

No elevators, location is not near to city centre, across the river. Only 1 bathroom for the family room.
