Bad management - book elsewhere

The room was comfortable.

The biggest problem with this hotel is the management. This results in staff with a bad attitude, disgusting food and alcoholic drinks that taste like water. On top of this, the location is not nice, with smelly seaweed on the beach and in the water.

I paid $800 per night for an ocean view room, the room was pool view with ugly view of an old building and pool. the desk staff said you can see it a bit

Disappointing and Overpriced

The staff are very nice and accommodating, trying to make our stay more pleasent. Also, they have free paddle boats you can take for free which was fun.

First, we tried to reach out to the hotel 3 weeks before our stay to change/cancel our stay as prices dropped all around the island and never got any response! We ended up coming anyway so we won't loose our money. As soon as s we arrived we found out that the location is bad due to constant touristic boats arriving to the beach next to the hotel. Those tours are noisy and dropping thousands of ppl to the next beach all day long, with loud music and captains givings stop instructions to the passengers. In addition, this might be an 'adult only' hotel but the beach next (on the second side) is a KIDS water park having loud music as well, for the most part of the day. The beach itself is not great since it's full with see weed that makes it uncomfortable to be in the water. Overall it's a nice hotel but totally waste of money as it's WAY over priced. Wouldn't recommend...
