No customer service!

Location was perfect.

The unfriendly unprofessional staff. The overall neglect. They dont offer luggage storage facilities....the snorkling company did! The snorkling company even offered me their shower facilities and bathroom to change...before taking the ferry back to cancun/ intl airport.

Nice hotel. Very simple but clean.

Room was clean and simple, nothing fancy. Shower had good hot water. Had a leaky toilet, but told the front desk and it was fixed within a couple of hours. Location is close to everything.

The locked gate system at night is a disaster. The guy who was supposed to come unlock it would take forever to unlock it and the last night we stayed he was asleep in the chair and wouldn't wake up and I ended up having to just force my way into the gate and he never even saw us go past him. Maybe get a better method or give the guests a key to the gate with their room key so they don't have to wait to go to their room. This was extremely frustrating.

Beware don’t stay here.

the air conditioning worked well. The staff was nice.

Dirty floors. Long hair stuck to my feet and dirt after taking a shower and walking 20 foot to the bed. Thick crud on the base of the toilet. Broken lamp. High grass around the pool. Loud music playing at the restaurant/bar below till 4 am. Holes in the walls around ac unit. I have pictures of all the above.

Get a better deal than this

It's in the center but the hotel room was pretty dirty (hair everywhere on the floor and in the bathroom was the worst). The furniture is very old. I mean you can get way better place for this price, not worth it. You're in walking distance to the beach and right in the city center though (but unless you're disabled everything is in a walking distance, the island is small :)

The room was dirty, bunch of hair on the bathroom floor was just too much for me.

it was conveniently located downtown

It was on Hidalgo Street, the main tourist area, and as a result the noise level was unbearable. The internet was sketchy to non existent. Reoeated repairs were necessary

Pretty nice for the price and location.

The pool was clean. Good number of chairs around it. Housekeeping did a good job every day. Staff at front desk very friendly and helpful. A/C worked very well. Right in the heart of shopping etc. but the room was very quiet. 2 block walk to the North Beach area.

No parking on site but that couldn't be helped because the street is pedestrian only.

Superb

The hotel is located near all restaurants, shops, and bars. The beach is a 5min walking distance. The hotel had everything we needed, ac, microwave, and a small refrigerator.

outside grounds we in terrible condition. nothing like the pictures. mattress was hard as a rock! Staff not friendly at all.

While the rooms were clean, they were run down and could definitely use some updates.

There was no breakfast. Hotel location was good.

my room was Furthest from the street so noise was not an issue at night was no

minutes to beach shopping restaurants literally in the middle of the action

I assume noise and music from the street could be noisy depending on where your room is I was across the courtyard and had no problem with noise

location is great

the property is run down. we have stayed there in the past and it's has become run down. We didn't have shower water two of the mornings. It's sad to see the condition it is in.

I am so happy and satisfied with my trip!!

The location of being right in the middle of everything was great! The room has plenty of space, really clean and quiet. The pool is very clean and cool.

The bed was a little to firm for me and that was it.

Great locations. Definitely worth the price.

Location is perfect, right near playa Norte, on a lively yet not too loud road. Close to the ferry from Cancun (we walked with 4 suitcases. Took just a few minutes). The pool is amazing, we were very happy to be on the top floor and not entrance, for a little extra privacy. The staff is nice and helpful, but their English isn't amazing. Good enough though... All in all, great place for the price. We would stay here again!

The sheets on the bed weren't the cleanest, and the appliances could have been newer/cleaner. But nothing was too bad. Would be nice to have option for rental of transportation from the hotel- golf carts or bikes (which we rented down the road, and were great for riding around the island!)

horrible experience. won’t recommend

the location is so good that you can't sleep because of the noise

one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. the room smelled of sewage, the water almost didn't come out. everything was old and broken, and the worst part was the noise at night from the clubs in- front of the room window. when I asked for help, the receptionist said he doesn't speak English, the old mexican technique to get rid of people.

Wonderful stay

The location can’t be beat! Walk to North beach and right on Hidalgo street.

The beds are my one and only complaint. If you like hard as a rock then you are in for a treat. If they purchased new mattresses this place would be even more amazing. We have friends on the island and stay frequently so they store mattress toppers for us. It’s a win win!

Very good

The hotel is in the middle of the busiest and nicest street of the island. You have so many restaurants, bars and shops, yet it is quit in your hotel. The swimming pool and the garden were nice and Patrick, the guy who works at the desk where they sell tours (right on front of the hotel), helped us getting a great snorkeling tour!

To bad you only have internet in the lobby which isn’t really nice to sit.

Great stay, staff here are amazing, loved the location and pool. Great neighbours as well.

Great location on the island, and remarkably quiet considering it was located on a fairly busy street. Close to the best beach and near lots of good restaurants and bars with live music. Reasonable price as well. Would highly recommend.

Weather in January always a little uncertain in this region, and this stay was no different. Nothing the hotel could do, though, unfortunately.
