Cómodo y funcional

Nuestra cama estaba muy cómoda! La verdad es que dormimos súper bien, yo pensé que iba a haber mucho ruido porque abajo está el restaurante, pero no! Todo súper tranquilo, igual no sé si fue porque la temporada que fuimos era baja, igual me encanta que pudimos pasar nuestras plataformas de streaming desde el celular a la tele, nos hizo más ameno y lindo el viaje 😌 Igual todo te queda súper cerca! Y la comida del restaurante es súper rica

No me gustó mucho el baño, la ventana es totalmente abierta e incómoda, porque no sabes si alguien te está viendo bañándote, la presión es muy bajita en la regadera y nunca sale agua caliente (si te gusta aunque sea bañarte con agua tibia, no sale) y tampoco hay lugar donde colgar tus cosas mojadas

Basic room, it has all you need. Location of hotel is in the middle of everything.

Televison has 100 channels however only 2 or 3 channels else are English.

Can go again. Restaurant below has delicious food and pizza

Great location , great service.They helped us to check in at 12 which was huge since we had red eye flight and landed to Cancun at 5:30 AM. Walking distance to wonderful beaches

Very good

Nice rooms, good shower with hot water. Has AC and a very comfortable and big bed. Also has a soundproofing door.

Despite the soundproofing door, it was noisy at night and in the morning from the restaurant downstairs.

not awesome but cheap stay

location central part of town easy to get everywhere

first off they charged an extra fee that was not listed on the website or anywhere. saying it was a tax on Americans because we are dirty which came of as racist. If you ask for literally anything they give you attitude. they hotel rooms were fine but not super clean and the towels and sheets had stains almost every time they were changed.

cute place

bed was comfortable! it was a cute little room right on the heart of the shopping and restaurant area.

the only downside is that is pretty loud, since you are staying in such a busy street if get very loud and probably hard to sleep for some. I was pretty tired so I sleep just fine but my husband didn’t and my family that was staying in the same hotel but different room, they told me they had to use earplugs to sleep. other than that is a very cute hotel with a delicious restaurant in the first floor.

Lovely and quiet

Location! And the room was lovely. Very quiet even thou we were right on the street with our room.

The narrow stairs. Putting a 70 year old woman with major hip arthritis on the 3rd floor after I messaged them asking them to please have her on the 2nd floor. For this reason alone we won't be back.

It was clean

It was inside a restaurant. If I knew I was staying inside of a restaurant I wouldn’t have booked the this so called hotel. Didn’t get quiet till midnight, then cleaning crew after, then prep staff at 6-7 am. TV was broken as well

The hotel is in a very good location.

Although a good location, the actual location of the hotel differs from the one shown on booking. The one shown on booking is much closer to the sea, and it's misleading. The room was small and it had three beds - which took extra space (the room was for two people). The water pressure in the shower was reaallyyy low, it took ages to take a shower.

Nice stay at the nothern part of the island

Location, in the nothern part of the island, so close to everything you will need as a tourist (minimarket, souvenirs shops, pharmacies, ferry terminal, taxi office, restaurants...). Nothern beach is a 10 minute walk away.

Slow internet (sometimes it just don't work for some minutes), if you need it for work for example, be really patient and don't be too crazy with needs that use a lot of bandwith.

The location . The size of the room.Beds were comfortable

The bathroom was definitely not cleaned properly . The wooden window covering nearly fell on my head.The cupboards needed repair . The Galway was never swept .

Not worth the money should be a hostel

I loved the location it was perfect.

There was not hot water, room service, telephone or mini fridge. The hotel is super cute but needs a lot of TLC and upgrades. It's stuck in the 70's.. The key to room was super hard to open each and ever time.

good location, nice room, horrible receptionist

the location was great and the room was clean and comfortable.

the WiFi didn’t work at all and when I asked the receptionist if he could check the WiFi or try fix it he was very rude and just said no there’s nothing to do about it it just doesn’t work. I asked him if he could call the company or try reboot it and he just laughed in my face and told me no again.

Stronger wifi is needed and maybe a power bar for extra plugs inside the room. I think if they added more wifi boosters on each floor which would be relatively inexpensive the connection would be incredible.

Hotel Belmar is the perfect place to stay if you're in need of some solitary peace

How the staff responded to my request to increase the water flow to the toilet. I think the water is set to conserve water, and when I asked the lady at the front desk if the water filling the toilet can be increased, it was done! But I want to make clear, here in the U.S. when I lived in apartments that conserve water to the toilets and washing machines, I always asked management to increase the water pressure, and increase the water level in the toilet.

That I had to leave.

staff was indifferent at best, WiFi was worse than usual in Mexico, shower was really bad(try some CLR to clean up that miserable shower head, when I book this room it said breakfast was included but that did not happen
