Pior experiência

Reservei um quarto e me colocaram no fundo do hotel. O quarto estava com poeira e banheiro entupido, o banheiro foi resolvido na hora, mas o restante não. No segundo dia minha esposa veio a sofrer uma queda na entrada do restaurante, os garçons ajudaram, nota dez para eles. Mas quando fui pedir ajuda na recuperação para levar minha esposa para o hospital, a atendente só me informou que no hospital fica em sorrento e não me deu atenção e orientação para chegar até o hospital. Então fui embora e a com ajuda de populares fui até uma clínica particular. Será que tenho que dar mais alguma opinião. Mas tive mais gastos mas procurei um local que nos recepcioniu e nos ajudou a não estragar nossas férias. tenho as fotos do ocorrido.

Uitstekend verblijf op prachtige locatie

Het is een waar pareltje in de heuvels boven Sorrento, waar je in luxe kunt genieten van alles wat dit hotel te bieden heeft. Het ontbijt is goed en uitgebreid, evenals de lunch. De kamers zijn verouderd, maar erg schoon en de bedden zijn fantastisch. Het zwembad met uitzicht op de Vesuvius is geweldig! Niet twijfelen, gewoon doen.

Amazing Stay at Hotel Jaccarino, would definitely recommend to anyone and I would stay again. Loved it.

-The Beautiful views from the pool. -The complimentary water self service. -The Sun Beds with Head Coverings -The excellent staff and complimentary shuttle service -The helpful restaurant staff and breakfast and small breakfast on the final day at 5:30AM -The Beds super comfortable and great air conditioning - The Balcony to sit on when wanting to relax

- Shower could’ve been more powerful (super critical) - Shuttle Bus could’ve had a later final pick up time than 1945

Fantásticas vistas y amabilidad del personal . Encanto de hotel familiar y donde uno puede vivir su paso por la concurrida costa amalfitana, teniendo una base relajada.

Great hotel with amazing staff and we had a wonderful time

This is the best hotel we had during 30days trip. The beakfast is so great a lot of choise. The owner always take care of us everything like at home. They even had CULTI milano shampoo and shower gel that really give us 5 start experience

fabulous staff in a lovely charming hotel away from the crazy crowds

This hotel is located in a fairly small village which is a lovely relief from the madness of the busier towns . The staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for everyone.

It’s a fairly dated , but more than makes up for this with loads of old world charm .

It’s not that we didn’t like it. The air conditioner did not work and our toilet would not stop running Someone can and fixes the toilet. We were put in a different room for the night so they could fix the air conditioner The downside was we had to pack everything up to move. We then find out it’s just for the night and would have to go back to our room once the air was fixed. We packed up and they moved out stuff back to our room. Seems the toilet started to act up again so it needed to be fixed again. That was the worst part

Exceptional

Very warm greeting upon arrival. Hotel manager was very efficient and ensured that we felt like members of their hotel family. Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Room was spacious with terrace overlooking the great view of the gulf, Mount Vesuvius and the pool. Pool was very clean with bar service on comfortable lounge chairs. Daily shuttle to and from Sorrento was included, quick and on time. Property was very well kept and clean. Buffet breakfast was amazing every day, with excellent Cappuccino and choice of a la carte menu. All staff worked together to ensure the guests were happy!!

Very good

Location is just on the main road to Amalfi. The hotel is old but very well renovated especially on open spaces.

The room that we got was the worse option in the hotel, just below the roof and very dark and without any view. Lucky us.

Beautiful. Our first time visiting and this accommodation was our favourite from our two trip across Italy.

Beautiful view and room. They had a shuttle service to and from Sorrento all day long which was amazing. Huge breakfast spread. Wish we had more time here.

We only had a few days before a traffic accident but we enjoyed those. Evening meal was alright but nkt as good as when

the situation with direct view of Vesuvius from the terrace. The rear lane is just a few minutes walk up to the small town of Sant Agata. Be extra careful crossing the street as pedestrian crossing wont keep you safe.

Decent for off-season one-night lay-over. Stay away from this in summer - overpriced & dirty place.

Breakfast was okay, they even provide freshly squeezed orange juice

Way overpriced for what this old, run-down hotel is. Dirty rooms with hair everywhere, pool area is a chaos and there even was a used diaper lying around next to the pool.. Extremely rude hotel manager - stay away.

We will definitely come back again

Great location with awesome view of the Coastline & Mt. Vesuvius ( Volcanic Mountain) from the terrace and see view rooms. Martha at concierge is very helpful and caring, she can book any excursion you need. Very good Breakfast is an added plus also the free parking. The village is 2 minutes walk without climbing any uphill or stairs. You can find good food, groceries and nice boutique shops. Hotel's restaurant is awesome, dine with a good view of the harbor. No need to leave the hotel. It's just like a five star resort. Thank you Martha for your help.

Stunning view, great breakfast, can walk to town of Sant Agata which had great restaurants! Shuttle Bus into Sorrento v good.

loved this place! the view was amazing, the atmosphere was very relaxed and the staff very helpful!

the view from the terrace was stunning, we loved it! the shuttle was very handy. and the time we spent at the pool was perfect

the shuttle was hard to find on arrival, we failed then had to try to find a taxi (very difficult) the hallways are quite noisy

A wonderful way to experience the area with ample chances to go touristy or to relax!

A well presented and established hillside hotel with charming views and well furnished foyer and restaurant. The pool is well situated at the front of the property with the pool staff charming and accommodating. The small town is only a short walk from the rear of the property with fine restaurants and shops. The hotel provide complimentary regular shuttles to and from Sorrento.

The room was a tad small and less impressive than shown in the photo representation on Booking.com.

the view was breathtaking , def recommend having the room with a sea view. wide selection of breakfast. the hotel is old but luxurious. big receptions area, they had someone to play music at night. they provide slippers and robe de bain.

The view and pool were absolutely amazing. I don't think I'll ever experience a view like that from a hotel ever again. Very romantic

The food served in the hotel wasn't great. Boring, plane. There is an amazing restaurant up the road that had pizza and past for about 6 euro that was amazing and seriously good value. Im a chef so I am a bit fussy.
