Bello ma una volta tantum

Letto comodissimo, staff del ristorante/servizio in camera molto disponibile alla preparazione fuori menu’ (era tutto delizioso), posizione ottima per la vicinanza con l’università, silenzio assoluto per riposare serenamente.

Penso che il condizionatore nella mia stanza avesse un guasto, anche se spenta usciva comunque aria fredda, me ne sono accorta in un orario dove nessuno avrebbe potuto risolvere, peccato. Prezzi molto alti, anche sopra la qualità della struttura

Moderno, accogliente, gradevole

Camera accogliente e molto pulita. Servizio di pulizia poco invadente ed ottimo. Struttura moderna e di buon gusto.

La vista dalle finestre e l’aspiratore del bagno che funzionava per ore.

Rooms were perfect for our family of nine

It was easy to find and walkable to center of town. Very nice lobby and rooms. Elevators were fast. Great to have cold water available in lobby Beds were set up as I had requested

A bit longer walk from train station than expected.

at 7 am the doors to the restaurant for breakfast were still closed. about 20 people were standing and waiting to get in. the ladies did not mention anything and did not excuse for the delay. it would be good if breakfast starts at 06:30

The room description mentions air conditioning, which was not working. It is centrally controlled and the management decided it was unnecessary. Unfortunately, in May 2023, it was very hot and it was impossible to sleep well. The hotel is glass-walled and the windows are not very suitable for ventilation. Additionally, the hotel is located next to a busy road and there are mosquitoes, so opening the windows doesn't help much. The receptionist promised us at least a fan, but nothing was provided. The hotel management was unavailable and did not respond to complaints.

Decent stay, clean and safe hotel

Room was pretty big and comfy, the hotel lobby and reception is nice and always available welcome drinks and snacks are also provided

there are not much amities, I was confused about directions to get out from the hotel my double bed was made up of two mattresses so I cannot lie in the middle as there is a gap

Great locaton, very friendly staff, nice view from the room, bid and nice bathroom.

No free water or tea in the room. Although when asked, the staff provided the tea set :)

Being on the 9th floor was nice as had a good view of the surrounding skylines. Size of the room was good.

Quite a dated room in need of refurbishment. Marks on walks and window frames. Dusty curtains everywhere, creating a very dusty environment. Simple things like numerous light bulbs gone in lifts. A number of hairs in room from previous guests / cleaners. Filthy external windows. The room temperature controls do nothing to change the room temperature. Included breakfast was average nothing bad, nothing good either.

Superb

Lovely big clean room and en suite bathroom. Good breakfast in roof top restaurant with fabulous views over the city.

Location is a bit of a walk from the old centre and the station. Only one restaurant nearby.
