Very well appointed hotel with a delightfully comfortable bed and excellent bathroom.

I didn’t know there would be BOTH a tub and shower, nor a toilet AND a bidet. The bed was very soft, i wish i had longer to stay! Booked on a whim while at the airport, got the airport shuttle to hotel and back to the airport the next day! Dinner at the restaurant was fabulous (although wait staff appeared a little frazzled/rushed during the dinner rush). 10/10

I was surprised the pool appeared to be full of leaves, i guess we’re out of season for pool usage but it made the “pool view” room a little less worth it. Wait staff at bar took a minute to get to me, but were kind and accommodating with my gluten allergy.

Calidad Meliá

Habitación triple, bastante grande, y muy limpia. El baño igualmente muy grande con bañera y ducha. El desayuno bufet, aunque es algo caro, nos precio muy bueno y con mucha variedad de alimentos. Está bastante cerca del aeropuerto y cuentan con transporte gratuito cada media hora desde y hacia el aeropuerto.

En nuestra corta estancia todo nos agradó

Insgesamt schöne weitläufige Anlage mit großem Zimmer, schönem Frühstücksraum und gutem Frühstück.

Bisschen abgewohnt und nicht ganz letzter Schrei was den Stil der Einrichtung betrifft; dafür zu teuer eigentlich.

Todo muy bien, y para nosotros espectacular porque teníamos un viaje en conexión asi que de diez por la proximidad al aeropuerto y el servicio de traslado. Muy cómodo.

Muy amplias las habitaciones. El restaurante y la calidad de los alimentos extraordinarios.

Se ve un poco viejo. Los elevadores son como de bodega. Abandonados.

Very beautiful hotel.

Beautiful rooms, nice residential neighborhood, great tapa bar nearby. The shuttle driver very friendly, the shuttle bus was on time, clean, modern and very comfortable.

Es lo que estaba buscando.

Bien en general, la habitación muy grande y cómoda. Todo de buena calidad aunque se nota ya un pelín antiguo, pero sólo un pelín. Buena ubicación para lo que necesitábamos y el personal perfecto.

Aparte de lo mencionado anteriormente, la bañera no desaguaba bien, no es algo importante la verdad, realmente es buscar los tres pies al gato, pero por comentar para que sirva de mejora.

No free airport transfer.

Comfortable bed. Good shower. Clean room. Good location.

The "free" shittle airport bus has to be booked in advance - but cant be booked until check-in. Therefore, if you check-in late in the day, the likelihood is that the bus is fully booked for the next morning. We had to take a cab, for €20. I complained about the taxi fare being higher, by €5, than the amont quoted by the hotel, but they have not bothered to reply. So factor in a possible extra €50 for taxi fares to and from the hotel.

No repetiría, y eso que para ir a barajas es ideal por ubicación

Ni el servicio, ni la habitación ni la solución que me dieron, ya que la habitación estaba congelada y me dijeron que me lo solucionaban, pero lo que hicieron fue enchufarme el aire acondicionado aún más. Para solucionarlo, me pasaron a una habitación más grande, pero igual de congelada.

Perfect for a comfortable sleep close to Barajas

It’s close to the airport and has a free shuttle. The rooms are ok but a bit outdated when compared to the lobby.

Buen punto si uno está en transito en España

Cercano al aeropurto pero situado en ciudad, el pueblito Barajas acogedor, buenos restaurantes y servicios

Habitacion acogedora y confortable

El desayuno lo pedimos a la habitación sabía a priori que era continental porque me informaron muy bien pero me hubiera gustado que no fuera tan cerrado y dejaran elegir algo. De todas formas estaba correcto. Las camas muy cómodas, las sabanas perfectas y la limpieza muy bien, me gustó mucho que los productos del baño fueran de Rituals.

Lo que me haría no alojarme es este hotel es la escasa disponibilidad del bus al aeropuerto. Los horarios son muy limitados. Acaba muy temprano.

Exceptional

Everything was perfect. The staff is really polite and helpful. The rooms are big and clean, the bed is comfortable. The breakfast is exceptional. The location is very nice-close to the airport and metro station. I highly recommend the hotel.

Very clean rooms and bathrooms. Excellent breakfast buffet. Good airport shuttle service.

Pool was very old style and had a green stain around the top of the waterline, presumably from old moss. Landscape and grass around the pool could also be improved. Music in the lobby was too loud and not appropriate for a classy lobby. It made me feel like i was in a loud Asian shopping mall.

Excellent stay near the airport

The property is close the airport, clean, safe and with an amazing outdoor pool. Breakfast was included and it provided a great variety of hot and cold breakfast options.

It’s a great hotel close to the airport.

We had an early flight, and they had coffee, fruit, and other snacks for early travelers. Shuttle service to the airport starting at 4:30 A.M. The room was clean and comfortable.

Everything was great and the staff was helpful.
