Die Lage des Hotels war zentrumsnah. Die Lobby /Bar /der Empfangsbereich waren ansprechend .

Comfort-Zimmer unterster Standard ! Kein Glas für Getränke,nur 2 Tassen,welche am 2.Tag nicht getauscht ,sondern nur mitgenommen wurden! Für 2 Gäste !! gab es 1 Paar Hotel-Slipper. Das Bad war unterste Kategorie / keine 2 Sterne wert ! Von Pappbechern zum Zähneputzen über schimmelige Fugen an der Badewanne ,verkalkte alte Duschbrause bis zu rostiger Duschstange durfte man sich den Wasserablauf der Wanne lieber nicht genauer ansehen. Das Ambiente im Frühstücksbereich war praktisch nicht vorhanden - grau,schmucklos,zu eng,zu laut. Stühle und Tische wie aus den 70 er Jahren und weder 4 Sterne wert noch einem "Grand Hotel" würdig. Man wollte eigentlich so viel Tristesse nur schnell entfliehen...

Exceptional staff who go the extra mile, great experience!

Exceptional attention to customers, the people at the reception go out of their way to help book your tickets and suggest various sights to see. Comfortable rooms and great location.

We had some problems with the air conditioning but it was rectified, nothing much to complain

Eines von vielen schönen 4 Sterne Hotels

Der "Pool" auf dem Dach hat den Namen nicht verdient. Wenn in dieser Wasserstelle 10 Leute stehen, ist es voll. 250 € ohne Frühstück und ohne Parkplatz sind auch bei Hochsaison einfach für das Mittelklassezimmer zu viel.

A reasonably-priced, cozy, and well-run hotel in the heart of Barcelona.

All the staff were exceptionally helpful, especially the concierge and the front desk staff. We spent two weeks at this hotel, and it was a perfect choice. The location was ideal, room rate was reasonable, the room was spacious and clean, and the people were wonderful. It was a great base to enjoy Barcelona. When we return to the city, we’ll be staying at the Gran Hotel Havana.

These are minor issues. There doesn't seem to be any breakfast option other than the one that can be included with your room. If you don't get that, you have to pay for an expensive buffet. We really wanted a modest (continental-type) breakfast. We ended up going to a nearby coffee shop every morning. The other issue was that the daily cleaning times were inconsistent. These didn't really bother us, and wouldn't keep us away.

Отель произвел просто потрясающее впечатление!!! Шикарное расположение, отличный район, очень уютные и комфортные номера. В номере очень тепло, даже спали с открытыми окнами. Уборка номера без нареканий, косметика в ванной L’Occitane! Постелька очень удобная, белье «хрустящее», меняли каждый день! Хороший, мощный фен. В номере есть тапочки, но нет халатов. Wi-Fi отличный! Нам дали номер с окнами во двор. сначала мы расстроились и попросили заменить. но, т к мы были на нг, весь отель был в стопе, нам обещали сделать change number на следующий день. Если честно, на следующий день мы даже забыли об этом… Каково было наше удивление, когда придя на следующий день вечером в отель, нам работник ресепшен сразу сообщил, что номер с окнами «на улицу» для замены готов, мы можем переезжать!!! А потом еще и уведомление о готовности номера пришло на электронную почту!!!! такое отношение и внимание нас просто покорило! заселение и выписка из номера очень быстрые. Оплата прошла именно той суммы, которая была заявлена на букинге. Ничего сверху не доплачивали, демозита тоже нет. Проживание можно оплачивать как наличными, так и картой. Что касается завтраков-это просто шедевр!!! Очень большой выбор и все безумно вкусное!

location is great. staff is outstanding property itself clean but not modern.

I thought I had breakfast booked but the hotel said it was just room misled by booking .com as I was sure the I saw was with breakfast as I was specifically looking for that.

I didn't like that booking.com missold me the hotel worth prices showed

Wonderful, reasonably priced hotel.

Location is exceptional, close to everything. Millions of attractions are within walking distance. Couple of supermarkets are across the street, if you need to get some simple food. Few subway stations are nearby. Taxi stand is next to the Hotel entrance. Breakfast buffet is excellent.

Exklusives Hotel

Es ist ein super Hotel im Zentrum von Barcelona. Wir hatten es als Zwischenstopp gebucht, auf unserem Weg nach Mallorca. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt eine Tiefgarage für PKW's, etwas eng für große Autos, aber es funktioniert. Unser Zimmer war klasse. Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade erhalten und hatten eine Suite, mit einem Wohn- und Schlafbereich. Es war sehr sauber und komfortabel. Zu Fuß kommt man schnell ins Touristengewühl von Barcelona, es gibt aber auch in Nähe U-Bahnstatipnen und Hop Ob /Hop Off Bushaltestellen. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Auf dem Dach des Hotels ist ein Pool und ein Restaurant. Für uns ein super Aufenthalt, wir kommen wieder und bleiben länger.

Harikaydı!

Konum olarak harika bir otel. Casa Battlo ve Katalonya meydanına yürüme mesafesinde, önünden ve yakınlarından bir çok otobüs hattı geçiyor ve metro var. Çok temiz bir otel,personel de iyiydi ve yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar, bizim odamız otelin iç tarafına baktığı için dışarıdan hiç ışık almıyordu ama çok ucuza kaldığım için bunu hiç dert etmedim.

Kahvaltı ve akşam yemeği rezervasyonumuza dahil değildi. akşam yemeği fiyatını sormadım ancak kahvaltı kişi başı 18 euro idi. Çevre restoranlara ve kahvaltı yapabileceğiniz diğer pastanelere kıyasla çok pahalı. Örneğin yakınlarda bir yerde toplam 10 euroya tıka basa doyuyorduk. Kahvaltıları daha ucuz olabilirdi.

Hotel was clean, staff were very helpful, and location was central to many of our destinations.

The breakfast buffet was amazing, pleasantly surprised by the options available.

Room and bathroom were both small; not a lot of room for luggage.

The location and roof bar are excellent

The rooms are drab and depressing, all decorated in brown with no artwork to brighten the place up. Also paint on doors was chipped and bathroom door was inconvenient. Noisy neighbours kept me awake.

Brilliant...excellent stay. All staff from the desk to the cleaners and pool bar staff were great.

Good value for money. Near enough to tourist attractions. The staff were extremely helpfull, friendly and went above and beyond. The roof top bar / pool area did a fair range of tasty dishes, which made a welcome change to walking back to find a restaurant. Excellent stay... highly recommend. Would go back ! Thank you.

Only little moan ...pillows were all a bit hard. Otherwise all good.
