Séjour très agréable

Emplacement de la résidence plages très proches commerces et restaurants à proximité passer une très bonne semaine famille très contentes

Claquements des portes problèmes de badges parking voiture trop petit beaucoup de bruits venant de l'hôtel d'en face problèmes plaques vitrocéramiques ne chauffent pas très bien

Apartament blisko plaży, ok 2 min pieszo, mimo iż już dość stary wystroj i wymaga remontu to bardzo czysty. Brak zmywarki. Naprzeciwko apartamentu znajduje część restauracyjno - basenowa, jest dość glosno do późnych godzin nocnych. Inne apartamenty są od części ogrodu,ale tam też słychać rozmowy z restauracji,która znajduje się pod apartamentami. Ogolnie miejsce fajne, z dala od głośnej części Lloret de mar. Na plus na pewno basen, zwłaszcza dla dzieci. Mam jedna rade dla właścicieli, więcej empatii dla wynajmujących i więcej luzu w rozmowie z nimi. Druga rada, aby kuchnie wyposażyć w podstawowe produkty typu herbata cukier sol plyn do naczyn,takie potrzebne "na start",bo wiadomo,że turyści zostawiają wyjeżdżając,a mimo to szafki są puste. Ogólnie polecam, bo Apartament czysty, blisko fajnej plaży z basenem.

Surowe podejście właścicieli do wynajmujących, brak herbaty, kawy cukru soli w kuchni, dość głośny hotel obok

Perfektní, moc se nám zde líbilo

Hezký, opravdu čistý a dostatečně vybavený apartmán v úžasné lokalitě. Povlečení, ručníky, toaletní papír, mýdlo vše pro nás bylo nachystané v dostatečném množství. Byli jsem zde v květnu, takže byl v ulicích poměrně klid i v hotelu přes ulici. V 5. patře je velká pračka a sušička Perfektní komunikace ohledně ubytování a následné rychlé řešení problémů (nefunkční automat) při check-in přes Whats app. Skvělá je i možnost uložení zavazadel po check-out. Moc děkujeme.

Nic, ale věřím, že v sezoně by byl na mě Lloret až moc hlučný :D

Location ist good, close to the sea,many restaurants nearby, the kitchen in the room has everything for cooking.The room size is sufficient. Safe in the room.There is a small swimming pool, which is good for children.

The big drawback is the lack of air conditioning in the room.Ceiling fans do not cool well enough, it is difficult to sleep at night because of the heat.

Great location, only few minutes from Fenals beach. Lovely balcony, ours was with the garden view, so it was nice and quiet. Easy way of communication with a member of staff via WhatsApp. Definitely would come back.

All good, but just to keep in mind that there's no room service, if you're staying for more than a week, you might need some extra toiletries (soap, toilet paper, clean towels). There's absolutely no problem to ask members of staff for that.

Very close to Fennals beach

We stayed during a particularly warm spell in early September and the apartment was unbearably hot. The newly fitted fans were not good enough and were set to 'winter', therefore just pushing the hot air back into the room. Rm 14 is directly above a very popular restaurant which was extremely busy and noisy, also the strong cooking smells made our balcony almost unusable for most of our 9 day stay. Check in is done by a kiosk system, I took the time to check in online before traveling but was still required to enter all of my details and scan documents etc.

The location was perfect, close to the beach. The check-in was easy, and the apartment was well equipped and had everything we needed. The area of Fenals is also really nice, and shops and restaurants are very close to the apartments.

Nice choice to stay in Lloret de Mar

Well located, a walking distance from the beach. Relatively quiet place without major noises from other guests. Available underground parking space upon reserve, although paid but not very expensive.

Lack of AC in the apartment. In hotter nights the installed celling fans were less than sufficient to efficiently cool down the rooms. It's something that management should try to fix in the near future to greatly improve comfort. Underground parking a bit narrow, but doable with some effort.

The location was good, close to the sea, staff was helpful even there was no reception, it was great service which was automatic and clear. When problrm, everything was quickly sorted on the phone. Just great management

There was noise from the hotel next door all day and in the night. The cheaper rooms where a bit out of date, the kitchen had only essential equipment.

Good place!

Nice place with an excellent location - within a 5-minute walk to the beach - and great helpful staff. Clean and neat rooms, but the design is outdated and needs to be freshened. For me this apartment was a nice place to stay for two months before the start of high season in Lloret.

The noise is overwhelming. There is no soundproofing in the building, so don't forget your earplugs to have a good night's sleep.

Disappointing

The apartment was in a very good location, only five minutes to the beach.

Unless you want to have a dormitory style vacation, I wouldn't recommend staying here. There were groups of youngsters checking in and out, doors open in their apartments and walking to and from the rooms at all hours of the day. Partying, singing and screaming at night and way past midnight. Given that there is no staff on site as there is no reception no one intervened untill I complained via booking about singing and screaming at 5am! After this everyone just received a paper warning about quiet hours but this is really not how vacation should look like. It would be more fair for the property to disclose that there is no reception and that the place is not really suitable for families with kids (or anyone who is not here for party). No cleaning of the apartment during the 10 days that we stayed..

Nice apartment

we stayed with my son for almost two months in the improved apartment (with the fresh renovation). most of all I liked the location as the terrific beach is just 5 mins walking with the kiddo. Apartment is clean, there is all required kitchen utensils. there is also a swimming pool for those who enjoys staying by the pool. Use of the washing mashing costs 4 euro. please note that there is Al quite a big and noisy hotel opposite the guesthouse, so please take it into account while booking. it was no problem to us. I would advise selecting Eldorado!

it was perfect place to stay with a family. nice apartment, everything you need for comfortable stay, 2 mins to the beach! Highly recommend!!!

Good spot for a good price

The apartment was clean and spacious enough for us, we were 3 people, it was 5 min walking to the beach, and in the proximity of restaurants and shopping spots. The check in process was very easy and modern, since we arrived at 1am in the night and we could easily collect our cards to access the room.
