A good option when one needs to spend the night close to the airport

Unexpectedly comfortable, great staff, an apartment rather than a room, good shuttle to airport, and, in general, a great option for an overnight stay as I had to be in Seville the next day.

Slightly overpriced for what it is, better for a family or someone needing an apartment-type accommodation. Would have preferred half the space and half the price.

Book other hotel if you have a choice.

Near the airport and only stay one night due to transit.

We booked this hotel thinking it was the sister hotel affiliated with Melia, and we had a great experience with InnSide from Melia on Granvia. Unfortunately, it was the opposite. The staff could have been nicer and more friendly when asking about the free shuttle to the airport provided by the hotel. The room has nothing except shampoo, body shampoo, towels, toilet paper, hand soap, and two bottles of water—no kettle, iron, coffee, or tea. There isn't any room service available but a restaurant serving only buffet. There is one small swimming pool that pretty much everyone goes to because there isn't anything to do around the hotel. Few vending machines offer snacks and beverages. Other than that, nothing. It is one of those hotels where you are stranded for a delay or have been put up by the airline because of a flight rescheduled, and you do not have a choice. If you have a choice, please book elsewhere, which we saw is Crown Plaza or Hilton just around the corner. There is also nothing around the hotel; the location is just off the freeway, and that's it. In conclusion, if you have a choice, you can book a hotel near the airport due to transit the next day, just like us, or go somewhere else. Besides, the room could have been better as well, and the lighting could have been better. But the AC was good, especially in the hot Madrid during the summer. We paid Euro 99 which considered quite expensive for a room which do not have much to offer.

La habitación. Muy espaciosa y todo limpio.

No tiene bar ni servicio de habitaciones. La calidad del buffet libre del desayuno deja mucho que desear. Llegamos tarde y a las 12 de la noche, nos echaron de la sala con máquinas autoexpendedoras porque la cerraban a esa hora. Mala ubicación del hotel sin servicios cerca.

La menor puntuación es porque en el anuncio indica PICINA EN INVIERNO se la ve con techo en la fotografía que esta en la publicación, pero no funcionaba no tenía agua.

Traumático

El alojamiento estaba sucio, nos encontramos un chicle enorme pegado en la ventana de la habitación que llevaba ahí desde el Paleozoico. Además, contratamos el transfer por la mañana a las 12:00 para llegar a nuestro vuelo y por la mañana nos dijeron que estaba lleno y que debíamos esperar al siguiente ( el cual llegó 35 min mas tarde).

efficient pick and drop service. we left at 4:30 am and packed breakfast was given to us

only option for dinner was the buffet. we weren’t that hungry so we walked to B&B hotel n shared a pizza. there was 24hr juice n coffee free for all guests

Free airport shuttle, but a 45-minute wait.

No TV in the bedroom. Restaurant is in a different building, and dinner was not good.
