Emplacement parfait

L'emplacement est idéal entre le port vénitien et la vieille ville. La chambre spacieuse et confortable. La piscine pour se rafraîchir.est parfaite Nous étions en formule demi pension, le buffet est de qualité, diversifié et très bien cuisiné. De même pour le petit déjeuner. La domotique est un plus. La literie est confortable.

Le point vraiment négatif c'est le parking, pas de cartes de parking de disponible, alors que nous sommes arrivés tôt. Pas de place à proximité, nous avons du nous garer dans un parking payant cela nous a coûter 15€.

Moderne Zimmer in Altstadtnähe

Die Zimmer waren modern und sauber. Die Lage zur Altstadt ist unschlagbar und kostenlose Parkplätze findet man in der Nähe am Straßenrand. Eine Parkkarte für den kostenpflichtigen, großen Parkplatz vor dem Hotel wird leider nicht gestellt.

Das Frühstücksbuffet und die Poolanlage sind okay, aber man sollte nicht zu hohe Erwartungen haben.

Neues Hotel

Sehr neu und schön eingerichtet. Die Lage ist auch gleich bei der Altstadt

Kein Parkmöglichkeit…. auch nicht am großen Parkplatz gegenüber Das Personal konnte uns da auch nicht wirklich helfen. Wir mussten mit den ganzen Gepäck weit hingehen

Tolles Hotel in bester Lage

Höfliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, sehr gutes und Frühstücksbuffet, für jeden etwas, super bequeme Betten, alles Top sauber, Parkplatz genau gegenüber, man bekommt eine Einfahrtskarte und kann kostenlos dort parken. Die Altstadt fängt gleich hinter dem Hotel an.

Eine Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer wäre schön

Hôtel le plus moderne aux normes européennes (avec domotique dans les chambres) que j'ai rencontré sur l'ensemble de mon périple en Créte (12 hôtels et studios), confortable, isolation phonique réussie. ( l'hôtel a été revu de fond en comble, rénovation intelligente). Trés bon emplacement en bord de mer et dans le vieux Rethymno. Idéal pour visiter le port et la vieille ville. Personnel souriant, disponible, à l'écoute, très professionnel. Petit déjeuner varié et complet. Chambre au calme sur l'arriére, donnant sur la piscine et n'étant pas sur la rue adjacente bruyante ( c'est la seconde fois que je viens dans cet hôtel).

Le manque de discrétion des voisins rentrant tardivement ( conversations dans le couloir, portes qui claquent alors qu'elles peuvent se fermer discrétement)

Superb

Great location just round the corner from the harbour and old town, away from the long strip of hotels along the beach. Steps away fro the sea. Free parking a definite bonus. Beds very comfortable, room lovely.bwe had an inner courtyard so no actual view but the courtyard was beautifully done. Best breakfast we had in Crete.

Nothing in particular apart from one small thing - you really need a teaspoon to go with the kettle!

I was very pleased with my stay everything went very well. Location was brilliant.

I was given a superior room even though I had just booked a standard double room. So my room was actually like a suite I had a living room too was very spacious. I was surprised to get this room as I just asked for a double overlooking the pool. I was a bit disappointed that I didn't have a pool view.

Good base for a visit.

Situated right at the start of the old town, walking to everything. Provided off street parking. Breakfast was really good. Room comfortable and clean. Were there 3 nights. We loved it

Really lovely hotel, friendly staff, superb facilities- highly recommended!

Very clean hotel, staff very courteous and helpful, especially regarding car parking as offered a free pass for the duration of our stay in the opposite public car park which made everything very easy. Breakfast also included and good quality so all in all, a very good stay and cost effective.

The air conditioning system wouldn’t work properly the first night ( but was fixed very quickly by the hotel staff the following day) so sleeping was difficult the first night and too noisy to open the balcony door as Saturday night!

Fabulous hotel with amazing staff!!

Everything at the Ideon hotel is perfect, we booked an apartment as we were a three and it was so lovely and spacious. The location of the hotel could not be better, it is right in the old town but still lovely and quiet. The staff are 10/10, from the reception team, to the amazing breakfast and pool team, especially Koula and Manolas. This is our second time staying at Ideon and we will without a doubt be back next year!!

the situation of the hotel is perfect, right below the Venetian fort and on the edge of the old town but without the hustle and bustle of the centre or the beach front. Helpful staff and excellent breakfast.

Modern, well priced, great location

Size of the room and the lighting/air con panels. Location was great with some super nearby restaurants. Staff were friendly. We enjoyed happy hour, sitting outside in a relaxed area with lovely views. The young guy at the pool side was very courteous and did a fabulous job.

The hotel should provide tea bags, coffee, sugar in the room along with the kettle and cups. Management should not allow guests to keep towels on the pool sun loungers when they arenot even at the pool. Great breakfast but the orange juice was watery and unpleasant, the worst of our 2 week holiday!

Great position, amazing staff!

The position of the hotel is optimal:right next to the Fortezza and in the middle of the old town. In ~20 mins walking one can reach the organised beaches in Rethymno. Breakfast was amazing, dinner was good, maybe we would have appreciated a bit more of local greek food. Desserts were really good. Every single member of the staff was really friendly, nice and helpful! a full 10 for them!!! The room we had was bigger than what we expected, with two spaces, a sleeping room and a living room with a kitchenette

The matress was too soft and not super confy. The room was facing (on the back side) directly on the street.

Very good

Location was great. And that we had parking across the street. The breakfast was ok but no much to choose. The staff in the dining area were amazing.

We didn't like that the first night we came, someone had a party. I don't mind parties, but also the music was extremly loud and the kids were running up and down our stair and knocking on our door a few times. It is not hotel's fault about the kids but they could be more consideret about the loud music at 1:00 in the morning. The wifi could not reach to our room and the tv did not work. So this is a big minus.

Ideal choice in the heart of town near fortezza

the location is excellent, free parking, pool and friendly staff and amazing cleaning service

A relaxing and enjoyable stay, with friendly and helpful staff in all Departments.

Good location. Free parking for our hire car. Good breakfasts, Friendly and efficient staff.

Although the evening buffet meal was good, we would have preferred a more traditional table service, with mainly Greek specialities.
