Ontbijt behoort bij de overnachting te zitten. En €15,- p.p is te duur !

De matrassen zijn te oud, werd ons verteld dat ze pas en jaar oud waren. Echt niet waar ( waardeloos )

Tolle Lage für Niederland- Touren

Tolles, wirklich detailverliebt ausgestattetes Hotel. Wir waren 3 Mädels in einem 3-Bett-Zimmer, völlig ausreichend, sehr sauber, Zimmerreinigung täglich und wirklich top Frühstück gut gelöst, aber für eine Woche täglich das Gleiche haben wir es nur 4x in Anspruch genommen. Empfang an der Rezeption sehr freundlich, Tipps der Chefin auch super

Der Abendservice. Der ältere Herr kann weder grüßen, noch lächeln...aber was in meinen Augen gar nicht geht: wenn man vom Kellner an der Bar trotz mehrfacher Ansprache und Augenkontakt absolut ignoriert wird. Es war auch keine einmalige Situation, sondern wiederholte sich an allen Abenden, an denen er Dienst hatte. Service mit 😊 können wir leider nicht bestätigen, wir fühlten uns eher als Störfaktor.

Parfait !

Hôtel très charmant, et bien situé près du parc Keukenhof et des champs de tulipes de Lisse. L’hôtel était très bien, les chambres étaient propres et spacieuses. Le confort était au rendez vous. Un petit parking était à disposition gratuitement. Dans l’hôtel, il y avait aussi un restaurant. À proximité de l’hôtel, il y a des restaurants et des petites supérettes. Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel

chambre: de très bon confort et propre; petit déjeuner: copieux et de bonne qualité; emplacement: hôtel trouvé facilement ainsi qu'une place pour se garer

Attention, à notre arrivée il n'y avait personne à l'accueil de l'hôtel et le personnel au restaurant semblait nous ignorer. Vérifiez aussi votre compte! car nous avons été facturé deux fois pour la chambre. Le remboursement fut facile et rapide.

la situation de l'hotel dans le centre ville donnant sur le secteur piétonnier , le stationnement, le confort de la chambre en général et de la literie en particulier ,l'ambiance générale et la décoration autour du thème des fleurs

Superb

Spacious rooms the balcony was a bonus. The onsite resturant was excellent for wvening meals but thought the breakfast overpriced for what was on offer. Its location is excellent for shops, supermarkets, resturants etc. Tennis centrre about 10 min walk, train station 20 min walk

The church bells chiming every 30 min 24/7! And despite paying in advance through booking.com with receipts tried to take payment again at check out and 3 emails that morning

I would come back to this hotel.

The room was very spacious. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. We liked the restaurant, as well. Location is great, on the main street of a cute town.

The building is like a labirynth, it was a bit of a hike to get to the room.

This hotel is a hidden gem!!

We were looking for accommodation within driving distance of Schiphol Airport. Hillegom and Hotel Villa Flora are hidden gems. The Hotel Villa Flora is a historic hotel that serves your every need. Hillegom has a number of excellent restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

There was nothing we did not like.

friendly and clean place in the hear of a small town

Hotel is located in a small town and the hotel is in the center which a restaurant on the ground floor. I got up early, and had to miss breakfast;( The staff was friendly and the room clean

I’m traveling by train and the station is about 25min by foot from the station. I feel it’s a bit pricey for what it has to offer

Good place to stay for a night

Staff very pleasant and helpful. Good rooms. Good localisation not far from Amsterdam, Den Haag, Delft.. by car. Hillegom is a sweet nice city.

The hotel is pricing rooms and prestations (for ex breakfast) like a 3-stars hotel in a middle of the high touristic season. We thought the price/quality balance was not correct.

Cosy, welcoming stay with small town feel.

Comfortable, clean rooms with a local feel. Good breakfast and welcoming staff. We valued great location, good public transport connections and a charming small town mood.

Sound isolation towards street could be better but it was alright to accept it as a part of experience.

The location. Very close to Keukenhof gardens, you can either ride a bus or taxi to the gardens. Good breakfast.

The weather! It was raining when we arrived so we could not walk everywhere that day. But we had no rain in Keukenhof gardens the next day

Never response to messages is a big problem.

Acceptable distance to Schipol airport, enough parking lots, friendly house keeping staffs, and of course, the price. No need to fill or answer any check-in and check-out papers and questions. Powerful heater in the room.

Room is not as new as pictures, no refrigerator in room, noise from upstair, no answer to messages, trash still in the room, and we've been cut out electcity supply at about 12:30am the first night untill the next morning 8:50am I went to the reception asking why and what happened (never reponse to messages is a big problems ). Besides, we arrive exactly at 10:00pm but front door is closed and locked, nobody in the reception, no ring bell on or beside the door, and no response to all my messages. Yes the only way is to call the phone numbers on the wall but my sim is data only. The reception came out just before I was leaving. No lift to some rooms.

The hotel stay was as I knew it would be and I would stay there again.

I have stayed at this hotel before, and knew that all aspects met my requirements. The hotel staff are most helpful, everything is nice about the hotel including the town it is in. I would recommend it to anyone.
