Dicht bij vliegveld

Door wegwerkzaamheden erg slecht bereikbaar en stond niet goed aangegeven. Door over het fietste rijden zijn we er gekomen

A GREAT CHOICE NEAR SCHIPOL

After a Summer of traveling in Europe, the staff here really stood out. Front desk, bartenders, housekeeping, breakfast team all really friendly and helpful. They all seemed to enjoy what they do, and the customers. Everything about the hotel was really good, including proximity to Schipol. A very good value. Appreciated that b'fast was included, surprisingly nice variety of fresh food. Nice that parking was super easy too.

The bed was a great size, a king, but not the most comfortable, probably needs a refresh. But it also wasn't the worst we slept in during our travels. Beautiful shower but low water pressure was disappointing.

Leider etwas enttäuscht

Das Zimmer war sehr groß und größtenteils sauber und gepflegt. Die Betten waren bequem. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und die Mitarbeiter sehr nett.

Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Behinderten WC erhalten obwohl es nicht so gebucht war. Dadurch hatte die Toilette keinen Toilettendeckel und das Waschbecken hatte keinerlei Ablage. Fanden wir sehr störend. Außerdem befanden sich auf einer Seite vom Bett einige Haare. Die Preise werden anscheinend gewürfelt. Einmal mussten wir für den Shuttlebus zum Flughafen 15,- bezahlen (2 Personen) und beim nächsten Mal hieß es,dass wir nichts bezahlen müssen. Genauso mit dem Parkplatz. Da mussten wir netterweise nichts bezahlen,beim check in hieß es aber noch,er wäre kostenpflichtig.

It was amazing. If I’m ever in Amsterdam again I will book this place!

Cleanliness and super kind staff. Breakfast was great!

Hôtel agréable pour faire escale

L'hôtel est spacieux et très bien situé. Il est facilement accessible avec la navette de l'hôtel depuis l'aéroport. La chambre est confortable et le personnel est courtois et serviable. Le petit déjeuner est bon diversifié et présente un bon rapport qualité / prix.

Für die kurze Reise was es in Ordnung.

Der Standort und das Angebot das wir bekommen haben. Guter Preis für Inkl. Frühstück, obwohl das Zimmer ziemlich abgenutzt war.

Gestresstes Personal durch die hohe Anzahl an Gäste bzw Busreisende die sehr unangenehm aufgefallen sind. Besonderes beim Frühstück. Hier ist zwingend Aufsicht notwendig - Kinder haben mehrfach das Essen mit den Händen angepackt und wieder ins Buffet gelegt.

Great for a one night stay near airport

Hotel is perfect for those needing to stay overnight close to Schiphol airport, hotel shuttle was seamless, on time and free both to/from the airport. Staff are very friendly, location is ok, nothing around the area within walking distance except McDonald's, hotel restaurant closes early, no problem but something to consider if arriving late in the evening. Breakfast buffet was very good, a lot of selection.

You need to catch transport from the airport to the hotel, taxi, shuttle or public transport which is a little inconvenient for a airport hotel.

Very nice staff and easy access to airport

Staff service was nice. Airport shuttle was useful and punctual. The bed was very comfy. They offer simple breakfast package for takeaway if earlier than breakfast starts. Public transport was 9 minutes walk

Location was not very easy for people without cars. No coffee machine in the room.

Breakfast spread was nice even for a vegetarian like me . It was filling and multiple options were present

I could not find the light switches and on TV there was hardly any English channel available.

Nice for an airport hotel !

Nice room , nice view , quiet - we had a room on the top floor and we did appreciate the view -

Breakfast with very little choices for food - there was a problem with elevator maintenance - we had to go up and down twice to the top floor - very little response from the reception -

An excellent stay

We booked a family room and it was spacious. The bed was comfortable and sofa bed was enough to fit an adult. The room was neat and clean specially the bathroom. Well done! The most helpful and convenient service was the free airport to hotel shuttle. If you want to go back to the Schiphol airport from the hotel, you need to ask the reception for a voucher - which is free. The service was efficient and the staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended stay at this hotel.

Overrated, I definitely dont recommend.

That my stay was very short, i could leave this hotel quickly.

Its not like a hotel who serves customers, but like you stay there free and they dont care if you are satisfied, if you will stay again or no. There is no customer relations unit to share your complaints. No food, no water available in shirt distance. One bottle of still watet 4€. Food choice is very plane, and extremely expensive. If you aim to make money from having no restaurants nearby, at least you could respect guests and serve good food.

Great stay!

Loved the room, the heated bathroom floors were fabulous! The breakfast was very good and the shuttle was prompt.

I was in a room that faced a busy highway so I was able to hear cars going by through the night unfortunately. Also, I think there is some confusion about whether the shuttle to / from airport is free. Recommend double checking to future guests.

A very comfortable stay in a modern and stylish hotel.

The room was large with a seating area and very comfortable bed. The public areas are very modern and stylish. Dinner was good and the service was excellent.

I found the parking quite expensive for an open parking lot.

Disappointing

Spacious room with nice couch

The aircon was broken and the room was really cold the whole 5 day stay, the tiles in the shower were mouldy, room service never replaced the complimentary coffee, the restaurant quality was exceptionally bad and while we were eating, a mouse ran through our legs. We settled the bill on our last night so we could do a quick check out in the morning, however when we got to the checkout the receptionist informed us that there were some extra charges that needed to be paid. We were running late for the airport shuttle so we couldn’t double check the extra charges and ended up just paying them. Very disappointing for the price
