je m’attendais a mieux pour ce prix là, ce n’est pas un 4 étoiles, très déçu

Belle piscine, propre, de bons transat, la chambre est nettoyée tous les jours

On entend tous ce qui ce passe dans les couloirs ainsi que dans les chambres à cotés les portes qui claquent très fort le matin les femmes de ménage passaient l’aspirateur très tôt, déjà qu’on dort mal mais en plus on nous réveil les coussins ne sentaient pas bons.. je ne sais pas avec quoi ils lavent les draps mais ils ne sentaient vraiment pas bons. le lit pas vraiment confortable pas de fer à repasser dans la chambre et ni a dispo on doit donner nos habits a une personne qui le fait a notre place(payant)… il y a eu 1jour des problèmes d’eau chaude l’eau était jaune/brun pendant environ 1h serviette pour piscine payante, le petit déjeuner pas mal, beaucoup de choix

Super Lage und schöner Pool - jedoch keine 4 Sterne wert

Sehr gute Lage, sauberer Pool und Außenanlage, nicht sehr viele Gäste, weshalb man sich am Pool wirklich entspannen kann Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls sehr gut

Eher ein 3 Sterne Hotel…sehr karge und lieblose Ausstattung Preis-Leistung stimmt einfach nicht

One of the best experiences I had in Sardinia so far.

The breakfast provided was outstanding, offering a diverse array of delicious options to start the day. The staff and service were top, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay. One of the highlights was the impeccable cleanliness throughout the hotel. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, providing a cozy space. What made the stay even better was the great special offer price I was able to take advantage of, making this experience even more enjoyable and affordable. Additionally, the facilities at the hotel were fantastic, adding to the overall positive experience.

One aspect of my stay that was less than satisfactory was the allowance of smoking outside the breakfast area. The odour of smoke was noticeable and somewhat unpleasant during my morning meal. I would have preferred a designated smoking area farther away from where meals were served.

Pequeno almoço fraco, funcionários demasiados confiados, barulhentos, punham musica alta nos teus telemóveis e cantavam como se estivessem na casa deles, parecia que usam mais o espaço para eles do que para os clientes, o mesmo se passava com o funcionário da piscina, musica alta, completamente despropositado...

Super Hotel !!!

hotel pulitissimo in ogni angolo, giardini e prati molto curati...un ambiente che diffonde relax. complimenti allo staff per la professionalità ed i sorrisi sempre regalati ad ogni cliente, ci si sente a casa. al rientro da San Teodoro dopo cena, una bellissima sorpresa in camera per il mio compleanno ! Good

Breakfast was great, with a personal, which do a coffee for you. Location just a perfect. Room was clean. When I go again, I would go to the same hotel :-) Staff was very friendly and perfect organised

We got disabled room with a broken toilet. This was a bit uncomfortable 😳

Disappointing and overpriced

Nice pool and friendly bar staff, good music at the pool. Very good coffee at breakfast freshly made by lovely barista. If you have a car it’s a good base to explore the area but quite far from the beach. Reception staff gave us umbrellas for the beach which was nice.

Bed was very hard and room was small. The sheets smelled of vinegar and were rough. No a/c in hotel lobby/restaurant/common areas so everywhere was very hot and lots of bugs/mosquitoes around. Breakfast was okay but very basic, lots of wasps all around. Lots of hidden charges, towels were €2 to rent each day but they don’t tell you this so we kept getting fresh ones every day and then got charged for them all at the end. Very far from anything so you need a car or to use their shuttle. Very expensive hotel for what you get.

Lovely hotel perfect pool and outdoor area. Super comfy rooms and lovely helpful staff. We will go back .

Sadly the lunch menu wasn’t great the food wasn’t superb . The chicken with salad was just sliced chicken with iceberg. I saw someone else’s pesto pasta looked very dry , the burger meat was a little questionable and the fries needed another 5 mins in the fryer. These are all details but with friendly lovely staff it’s an over sight. We didn’t eat in for supper.

Good stay but require improvements

The staff at breakfast was really helpful and nice, the swimming pool area was clean and tidy. Also the room was big but very basic. Breakfast not bad but my husband didn't like it much as his a vegetarian and had a poor selection. Checkout was smooth and the staff was nice.

Let's start by saying that my favourite place when I stay somewhere is the shower! This shower was very unpleasant as the water was switching from hot to cold in a second and again.i have complained at the reception the second night but nothing was done and no response really from the receptionist after she said she will send someone in the room to have a look. I was expecting them to do more or change the room if the shower was problematic. The bathroom door was so noisy and creaked when opening and closing it which was so annoying we end up leaving the door open as it was impossible to use. Breakfast had such a poor selection of food in terms of vegetarian selection, my husband doesn't eat meat. Late checkout -I asked 3times to have a response as noone knew if we could have it booked but eventually they said no. All in one not something you really expect when you think at a 4*Hotel in Sardegna, but a bit dissapointed must say. Maybe you could prove certain aspects of above and take in consideration the feedback from your guests.

We love the staff, location and quiet vibe of the hotel and will hopefully stay there again soon!

We have stayed here before and returned this year as we love the hotel! The staff couldn’t be friendlier and we like that it’s not a noisy, crowded hotel. The pool is great and the food is of a very high standard. Our room was very clean and had a great view of the pool.

The service in the restaurant was very slow. Staff were friendly and apologetic but I ordered one course and waited two hours for it! The hotel needs more staff at lunch time too if they are offering lunch. I felt sorry for the one person who was working at lunch time.

Good common areas, bedrooms need remodelling

Common areas are good, staff at restaurant and reception are really helpful, there is parking (it is charged)

Bedrooms at the hotel have seen better days, the worst beds I’ve slept on at a hotel, internet acces is for just one device per room (so last century), shower space is tiny, probably less than 1 sq meter (you can’t barely move)

A beautiful hotel in a beautiful location.

A beautiful setting the room was perfect overlooking the pool and the mountains. The hotel staff are really friendly and welcoming even the cleaner was so lovely!. The bar and restaurant are also very good. Being alone without a car the shuttle service was an absolute saviour. Would highly rate this hotel and would definitely stay again.

The rooms are great just some finishing touches required like a full length mirror and a larger tv.

Pleasant for a couple of days with the family

The pool area is very enjoyable under the olive trees The restaurant has nice food The rooms we had were spacious and very clean

The breakfast missed a bit of variety : adding local products would be nice. The juices were from a machine that is a bit too sweet to our taste but the coffee was good and the barista at breakfast was very friendly The tennis court should be renovated. The parking inside the property is not free (3€/day) but parking outside the gate is possible.

Will be going back and just can’t recommend enough!!

This hotel was absolutely gorgeous. Perfect settings in what seemed a valley with surrounding mountain views around the hotel and pool. The surrounding grounds within the hotel area were so well maintained , beautiful trees and flowers blooming . Never a sight of rubbish or uncleanness around . the rooms were also very clean and I found the bed to be very comfortable, with great working air con which was needed as we went in June . We enjoyed the balcony especially as they had nesting swallows at this time of year , I really liked the fact the hotel seemed allowed them to nest here . They were so interesting to watch as the sun was setting :). The food here was absolutely wonderful and we also found their red wine was too. We had only breakfast included and even that every morning , consistently was so good. Always a great choice and fresh. With someone around to assist you if ever needed. As for the staff we found them all so friendly and helpful. Nothing ever seemed too much. They would help with selecting restaurants , organising taxis and one evening when we struggled with the language barrier they helped order a take away back to the hotel for us over the phone . The chef came out one evening to chat to us and ask what we thought of the food , he was very friendly and polite . Location wise it was only 5/10 mins from town but you have to get a taxi really as the road outside you can not walk there but one day we ( three other friends ) hired the bikes and we loved exploring on them, great fun. The local beaches are just stunning , clear waters and white sands . One evening we did a canoe sunset trip and that was well worth it, around £55pp, this was from ‘Butterfly beach’, we had a stop off where we snorkelled, enjoyed beer on the rocks then one of the guides got out his guitar and sung as the sun set. highly recommend. All four of us have said we would go back to this hotel as it was such good value .

Only that you couldn’t walk to town BUT they have bikes to hire for a very small price ( €8 per bike ) and or the shuttle to and from town , they have a time table of when they take and collect , so handy . To various places . If they don’t go to a certain area getting a taxi is easy and reasonably priced .

Comfortable hotel with nice swimming pool and excellent breakfast

the room had a nice pool view, oriented to the west. room itself was nice, bed comfortable. staff was really kind and friendly. And breakfast was excellent, plenty to choose.

I would except maybe more cleanliness from 4* hotel, especially in the bathroom. Also you can hear a lot of sounds and noises from other rooms. better soundproofing would be nice.

If you love nature and some elegant and comfort rooms this is the right hotel

The room was of good size, the bed was comfortable and the place was really clean. The breakfast had both a variety of sweet and savoury. We took only sweet and they had really good croissants and pastries.The staff were really helpful. The view that you have from the pool area is so relaxing since you are immersed with lot of green hills. Parking was not a problem too. There are shuttle buses to the nearest beaches which are really useful for those that don't have a car.
