Clean safe and comfortable - i booked while i was travelling in that direction communication was great and room left open for my arrival. thank you

Would stay here again no questions. Friendly and helpful staff made it feel very homely

Very clean, comfortable, warm room. Lots of sky tv options, great location. Close to grocery store and a couple of restaurants.

I stayed in an upstairs room, the parking spot for the upstairs rooms is quite literally on the other side of the property. On the double bed were 2x single size electric blanket but with the way the room was set out I could only heat one side of the bed due to there not being a close enough power point for the other side. Not a big deal as I was there solo.

Great stay and we would stay again

Room was very nice and clean. Looked like it had been freshly refurbished. The room had everything we needed and we were more than happy. As I knew we weren't going to arrive prior to the check in close off, Ray kindly advised which room we would be in and left the keys in the room. Clear and speedy communication which was much appreciated. Was about a ten minute drive in peak traffic to the Bruce Mason Centre. Great place to stay if you have an event on there

It was a bit noisy. We were on the ground floor and could hear the upstairs room showering, talking and walking around. There was also alot of condensation. The windows and doors were very wet in the morning. The headboard was quite noisy anytime we moved, but the bed itself was comfortable

Poor service- this motel only wants your money. Between not getting the room I'd booked, the excuses as to why they'd changed it yet couldn't be bothered with a courtesy call to say so, the noisy tenants that are obviously living there full time, I'd never stay there again.

The location was great for what we needed. The room was warm and cozy and clean. Our towels were replaced daily. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

If you intend to stay i would check the room out first

the taps worked and there was hot water

dirt ,filth , spiders and spider webs , didn't see any rodents but plenty of sign .

The room was clean and the bed comfortable enough.

Given the location and facilities available, I thought the price could be a little less, although it's certainly not overpriced.

Compfortable bed, easy check in and check out, everyhing was clean We did get clean towels and new soap at room service

The motel seems to get a little tired/ needs maintainance Only one pillow each and mine was quite flat Bed wasn't made when we got room service

Good no frills option for a few nights.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location close to shops and bus stops to town. Comfy beds. Cutlery and plates provided and changed daily.

All seems a bit well used. Renovations would improve the overall atmosphere. Can be loud at times due to traffic and other guests.

This was a terrible experience, we complained to the person in charge and showed him the bugs and the disgusting bed and

We turned back the bed to find a disgusting mattress that looked like it had previously been defecated on. The mattress protector was bunched up with stains and dirt rolls and the electric blanket had hair and dirt on it. Clean sheets had been placed over the top to cover it up. The unit was bug infested, with bugs all over the inside of the shower, and some in the toilet.

The staff were amazing! We called in early to see if we could drop off our bags and we were allowed to check in then and there. Lovely people. The room was exactly what we needed and super clean.

Only stayed overnight but good value for money.

Quiet location and comfy beds. Exceptional service with management making special arrangements as we were going to be arriving a little late.
