everything was great, amazing at the hotel, but it’s kind of expensive

room size, bathroom, restaurant, etc. all were great.

Bad

The hotel (went up to the manager) didn't allow me to take pictures or film inside or even outside of the hotel, which prevented me from working as a journalist. I had to move to another hotel.

hotel is good the room is excellent and clean breakfast is very good

i didn't like the reception manner about my credit cards were not registered, which were rejected by their machine because the pin is wrong, hence I was obliged to pay in cash, then i went in town and i have used them it was working perfectly so i found it weird

Overall Grand Ankara hotel is amazing. I would definitely rate 5*.

Hotels location was near to everything, e.g shopping, restaurants and attractions, parks and sight seeing. The swimming pool was clean and the hairdresser is very welcoming. The rooms very comfortable and spotless clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had everything you need. The security workers were so helpful and they make you feel safe. The room service was excellent. Overall you will love the hotel as we did, it was a amazing stay. Definitely will go back there.

Pros and Cons

Design of the room was excellent, and hotel itself also. And very huge and confortable rooms.

First of all reception personals were rude, and all of them were serving one man siting in the lobby everyday (most probably owner of the hotel). Wifi was awfull. Air contioner was awfull, so room was hot. Room facilities were not replaced at all such as tea, coffee and etc. Mini bar was hot.
