A great place to enjoy Ankara from

Large comfortable room, well equipped. Excellent Turkish breakfast. Good location, easy walk from public transit and right beside a (quiet) taxi stand. Restaurants and cafes nearby. Staff particularly helpful and friendly.

Room needed airing out (easily done with big windows or air conditioning).

unpleasant experience

i highly recommend that if you need some place quite and good internet connection, just stay away from this property. The cleaning is ok but if you are non-smoker, you will probably get annoyed by the smoke smell all over the hotel! Wifi is so unstable and the hotel is so noisy! you will hear the nearby guests chitcat and everthing + the noise from outside if you are a unlucky guest like me who need to stay in the room during the workday. There are much better hotels nearby for more affordable prices offering better services.

location near restaurants/shops, taxi pool just right outside hotel that can take you around Ankara with less money and effectivt. Spacious room, clean, great hospitality from staff. Really recommended! -happy stay-

the internet, but its normal due to traffic in hotel specially lots of guests surfing at same time. It will be normal internet speed afterwhile.

I love the hotel staff! they are so friendly and helpful. Levent was so helpful during our stay. the location is in a great area! surrounded by amazing restaurants and walking distance to shopping mall and grocery stores! even though we stayed in March and the weather was so cold but our room was so warm and cozy! overall great place to stay in Ankara! highly recommended!

Exceptional

There are very nice and friendly staffs at this hotel. Levent at the reception is exceptional. He was very helpful and accommodating. He spent 2 hours on the computer to help us with the booking of our tickets. The Location of the hotel is fantastic. It is very close to the U.S embassy and walking distance to all the nice cafes and restaurants.

Fantastic - will definitely return here next time in Ankara

The hotel itself is a gem. The staff was extremely and genuinely friendly and welcoming throughout the stay. The breakfasts were full and varied and the apartment, composed of bedroom, bathroom and kitchen/living room which were beautifully laid out, very well equipped, cosy and comfortable. The location is excellent, being in a quiet street but very close to a main shopping street with lots of trendy cafes, bars and restaurants very close-by and a short walk to the very trendy shopping area leading from the Kugulu park.

There were a couple of very minor signs of wear and tear in the particular room we stayed in which may have been why it was slightly cheaper than the others but this was no problem for us and did not detract from the overall enjoyment of our stay.

Location is very central. Easy to get a taxi just in front of the hotel. City view was nice.

The hotel staff has changed our room to another type without consulting us. They've just told us that the mew room is bigger so more comfortable....Not nice to decide for your guests which room is better for them. Then, it turned out that the room we have initially booked was occupied and that is the real reason . We've managed to get a price difference by not paying for the breakfast. Another big fat minus to this hotel for a broken crib they brought for our son. The zipper on the side was broken and instead of fixing it themselves I was given a sewing kit. Floors can be cleaned better

Superb

The staff were exceptional, the size of the apartment was very good, the inclusion of a washing machine was helpful, the location was great, ease of getting a taxi and the price!

Although the apartment had a kitchen, it had no kitchen uttensils. You had to request particular items. The staff were very happy to supply them but it was odd that an apartment with a kitchen didn't have these items automatically supplied. Otherwise, it was very well appointed.

My room was in first floor

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the location was fine

They wrote your room is in high floor At the reservation site but unfortunately it was in first floor and was noisy and they said your room will have kitchen ware but it hadn’t at first and when i asked them for it, they gave me some broken and dirty kitchen ware

Time comfortably spent

The residence is very well located, just in front there is a taxi station, grocery stores nearby. The apartments are very clean and bright. The staff extremely nice and helpful

Nice hotel for short and long stay

Location near to many cafes and kebab restaurant, very friendly staffs, large room, clean room and cheap minibar

If possible can provide detergent for the washing machine when requested
