Very rude and unprofessional

This is the worst place to stay, starting from the staff trying to charge more than the booking fee, along with very rude and unprofessional behaviour of forcing us to move twice to different rooms in 2 days despite asking for help with this because of having 2 patients.

Would not stay there again.

The best breakfast we have ever had. The staff were very attentive even though no one spoke English. We all had a good laugh when we offered $200 in Australian Dollars and they thought we had printed them on a photo copier but they only had a black and white printer themselves. Finger pointing and gestures very funny.

The room stank of cigarette smoke and uncleared sink and spa outlets so we had to have the heater turned off and open the balcony door 24/7 to keep the smell manageable. The cleaning trolley and cleaning products outside our door the whole visit. Room door had to be opened by a hit from my shoulder as the lock was badly fitted.No lights anywhere as they are movement activated so when you exit your room you are in complete darkness. Waiting for the lift on the 4th floor means you have to keep walking around to keep the lights on. The doona or bedcover was just the size of the bed with no overlap which means that we kept pulling the covers off each other all night. WIFI very intermittent. No menus in the restaurant. You have to log on to their website which does not have pictures essential when you are a visitor and do not understand the language.

The worst stay and I donot recommend it to anyone.

I like nothing about this property and it should be delisted from booking.com I feel scammed paying the money i paid to this property.

This should not have 2 stars and it shows 4 stars on booking.com. It has the oldest furniture and its unmaintained at all, very old broken walls, floors, pealed wall papers, disgusting mattress, disgusting toilet.

Good value for money and friendly staff

We had a lovely stay. Room and bathroom were clean and nicely furnished. The staff is friendly and helpful. Great jacuzzi bath we which really enjoyed after a tiring day. Excellent buffet breakfast.

Disappointing

1. Staff friendliness 2. Provided in bathrooms big soap bottles (hand soup, shampoo, shower gel, hair cream). Note that they are used and not new which could be a no for some people.

1. Rooms have a very small and weak ac unit that can't cool the room. 2. Cleanliness. 3. Bathroom had a very bad sewage smell. Although staff were friendly enough to clean the bathroom with bleach and spray air refresher but the smell came back after a while. 4. Overall the hotel is not very well maintained and is old.

• i forgot my tiger’s headband in my room but when i contacted hotel an answer is they didn’t found anything, it’s kinda disappointed for 4stars hotel! i was experience about this before with another hotel but i got my things back. be considerate with your customers! im about thinkin to go back your hotel suddenly i changed my mind.

Polite and helpful staff

Fantastic hotel. It is the staff that really make this hotel great. The man that helped take our luggage up to our room was incredibly nice. The reception staff were fantastic too! Extremely polite, gave us a room upgrade and prepared tea whilst we waited for our taxi. Would definitely stay again!!
