Otima localização, porém quarto com aspecto antigo, puído

A localização di Hotel é maravilhosa, fica proxima a tudo, porém não gostei do quarto, achei antigo, puído. O atendimento foi ok, nada demais. Alguns passeios que fiz tive que sair bem cedo, antes das 7 que é a hora que começa o café da manhã, outros hotéis oferecem um kit de café nesses casos, o Plaza Park não, sai sem café.

Quarto com aspecto antigo e puído Não ter kit café da manhã para hospedes que saem cedo para passeios (é comum sair bem cedo para passeios)

A localização, o café da manhá e a recepção no hotel foram excelentes.

Uma característica de Santiago em geral. À noite poucos restaurantes funcionam.

Localização excelente

O hotel fica muito bem localizado. Perto de tudo, bares, restaurante, mercado, 10min andando do Costanera. Perto do metro. Café da manhã muito bom, bem servido. Os cartos bem confortável. É um hotel antigo, a decoração bem antiga, mas nada que incomode.

Lindo Hotel y ubicacion perfecta

El desayuno es muy bueno con varias opciones, el almuerzo buffet es mueno tambien con opciones variadas y el precio los dias de semana es bueno. La ubicacion es perfecta, unas pocas cuadras del metro, del centro comercial y del mall Costanera Center.

Nos cobraron por dos adultos y un niño, pero no habia cama adicional. La pileta no era climatizada, no la pudimos usar.

Mala experiencia, no volvería!!

Destaco la atención y amabilidad del personal, especialmente quienes se desempeñan a la hora del desayuno

No vaciaron el basurero del baño, lavamanos tapado, no repusieron toalla de cara, aseo mediocre, ascensor nunca funcionó en nuestro piso, debimos subir y bajar por escaleras y ascensor de servicio, control televisor funcionaba pésimo! No había enchufe a mi lado de la cama y al otro lado, un alargador. Lamentable estadía, no la disfruté.

Gran experiencia por el fin de semana para dos

Excelente atención del personal, siempre atentos a orientar y ayudar en caso de dudas y problemas. La habitación para dos es bastante grande, cómoda y espaciosa, bien iluminada. Variada opción de desayunos, Excelente conectividad con transporte público.

Nada, fue una gran experiencia y excelente relación precio/calidad. Quizás la vista desde la habitación no fue la mejor, pero no esperaba vista a la naturaleza en pleno centro de la capital del País.

Cercano a todo, muy tranquilo

Respecto a otros hoteles la variedad de alimentos es la misma, el personal es muy amable, siempre te ayudan si necesitas algo que no encuentras. La ubicación es una zona tranquila de providencia, con acceso a todo. En general el hotel es comodo, funciona bien el aire acondicionado y las piezas están bien equipadas.

Limpieza, se nota que no aspiran, se me cae mucho el pelo, pero en el hotel no se preocupan mucho de esos detalles. Ahora bien, esto es solo una apreciación mía, la verdad que todo lo demás funciona de maravillas y puede que sea una exageración de mi parte mencionarlo.

Hermoso Hotel y entorno seguro.

Restorant. Buena comida, excelente atención. Piscina. Agradable. Si bien no es temperada estaba a nuestro gusto. (venimos del sur por lo que la tolerancia a baja temperatura es mayor) La comodidad de la cama y almohadas...... perfecto

Los dos ascensores principales en mal estado. Mucha congestión para todo el hotel al operar con el de servicio.

The location and the room who was comfortable.

The cleaness in the bathroom was not good. The bathetube was dirty and I couldn't use all days. For the price of the diary I think it should be better observed.

Great location. Facilities and basic services in need of an update.

Location was great, easy to get around.

There was mould in the bathroom and the rooms are in desperate need of an update. While the staff where very helpful to start with, simple things you find everywhere as extra towels and basic tea and coffee where not available unless requested and the staff questioned the requests.

Breakfast was good and the staff are wonderful!! The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. Also they speak English.

I don’t like the shampoo the hotel uses and would like them to supply hair conditioner.

Pleasant

The location was perfect, the neighborhood has a lot to offer and the hotel is very close to the metro. The room was spacious.

The breakfast menu was quite limited, especially if you don’t eat meat. We kindly asked the staff to store our luggage at the hotel for some days while we travelled around Chile (and offered to pay for it). However, they did not help us with that.
