A localizacao nao compensa o pessimo atendimento. Nao indico!
Localizacao e quartos aquecido.
Principalmente do atendimento da recepcao ( em especial ao Andres e Eric que nao fazem nenhuma questao em ajudar nem atender ao hospede e nao sao nada cordiais). Cafe da manha fraco. Limpeza dos quartos deixa a desejar. Banheira escorregadia que molha o banheiro inteiro. Mas minha maior decepcao foi mesmo com o atendimento. Passei nervoso e nao indico para quem busca ser bem atendido num pais onde esta levando seu dinheiro suado.

La ubicación es excepcional ya que el metro está a una cuadra, al igual que el Costanera Center se halla a unos 300 metros. La habitación es cómoda pero podría ser mejor, si por ejemplo, las aguas no te las cobraran y te dejaran un frasco con agua o bien, dispensadores en los corredores. A pesar de estaba en el piso 13, el agua caliente no salió muy bien y pedí cambio de habitación a lo cual no hubo problema (pedir alojarse en los pisos inferiores); hay nevera que facilita mucho en el caso de que compres algo. Les falta una cafetera como las hay en la mayoría de los hoteles... Finalmente, el desayuno es abundante pero no hay un horno para calentar el pan (que está frío) y solo hay tostador para pan en rebanadas.
Les falta: cafetera en las habitaciones, horno para el pan que no es de rebanada, jarro con agua o bien dispensadores de agua en los pasillos.

Quarto com duas camas de casal, para família é ótimo.
Alguns funcionários não possuem perfil e ou experiência com atendimento, comunicação difícil já por ser outra língua. Nos pedidos de orientações e indicações de serviços não foram prestativos.
