El departamento me encantó y la ubicación excelente !

Limpiaría los vidrios de la habitación y el wifi solo funcionaba cerca de la puerta de entrada y no llegaba la señal en la habitación.

esta bien ubicado,el personal es amable,el desayuno común,el depto es muy cómodo y amplio ,falta otro TV.para una corta estancia esta muy bien.Volveria.

la bañera es MUY ALTA peligrosa ,no tiene de donde agarrase (para entrar y salir de ella)y es muy ruidoso (da a la calle) aun de noche. es bastante escueto los utensilios de cocina y dentro de los cajones esta sucio.

Maravillosa estadía en Andes Suites

Principalmente, el personal siempre atento y a disposición de nosotros. De hecho, solicitamos cambio de colchones y la reparación de una ventana y lo hicieron enseguida. Se desayuna a 100 metros en el hotel Diego de Velázquez, espléndido servicio buffet. Quizá falten algunas frutas, pero tiene todo lo que un desayuno abundante debe tener. A la vez, el departamento estudio era justo lo que necesitábamos para nuestra comodidad. Es un apart muy completo y quien quiera cocinar deberá saber que faltan algunos utensilios de cocina. Cocina eléctrica, pero con horno potente. Con respecto a la ubicación, es perfecta: cerca de todo en la comuna de Providencia y a pocos minutos a pie de Costanera Center, uno de los shopings más variados de Sudamérica.

Deberían revisar el estado de los colchones de las habitaciones en general. Tuvimos que solicitar cambios porque estaban un poco hundidos. Y también el wifi es muy malo en la parte de la habitación. En lugares comunes, funciona.

Confortável apesar do wi-fi ruim e barulho de reforma até muito tarde.

Excelente atendimento e disposição dos recepcionistas no hotel. Foi fácil pegar as chaves e se localizar. Café-da-manhã no hotel bom. Apartamento condizente com as fotos, o que já mostra ser um pouco antigo, mas super bem cuidado e limpo.

O pior ponto foi o wi-fi: realmente bem ruim de conexão. E quando conectava era lento. Além disso, o Andes Suites não fica no hotel, e um apartamento acima estava em reforma, então até umas 22:00 tinha barulho de reforma. Acredito ser algo pontual, então não é algo que me impediria de retornar. Não tinha bucha e detergente para lavar a louça, resolvi esse problema solicitando. Não tinha calefação e fez um pouco de frio.

Limpeza e restaurante ao lado que oferece desconto para os hóspedes.

O hotel poderia deixar lanche pronto para os hóspedes que vão fazer passeios e reservaram a hospedagem com café da manhã, pois os passeios saem muito cedo e não dá tempo de tomar café, pq a cozinha está fechada.

Localização excelente, próximo a lojas, restaurantes, shopping e metrô. Apartamento tipo flat confortável, com dois banheiros com banheira. Calefação e chuveiros excelentes.

Adorei!!!

É um apartamento cuidado pelo hotel, o quarto é extremamente limpo, bem organizado, com camas confortáveis, chuveiro quente, banheiras, tem sistema de aquecimento, vc passa até calor a noite se não ligar o ar. O serviço do hotel que cuida de lá tbm é ótimo, atendimento, café da manhã e cuidado e atenção com hóspedes. Quando voltar ao Chile ficarei lá novamente, com certeza

Has potential, but many flaws

Stayed there twice. First time was a good stay: great location, lovely staff, ok breakfast and a good and well-equipped room with access to stove, microwave and minifridge. Second time was a disaster.

On my second stay, the room had a number of technical issues: unclean balcony, peeling hardwood floor, broken down cabinets, clogged bathroom sink, broken showerhead, missing wine glasses, just a mess. After checkout we asked for a taxi, they instead called a tourist trap airport transfer service.

Superb

I looked forwards to breakfast every day. Plus, my wife was only able to drink juice after her operation, so the staff were kind enough to put some fruit from the buffet in the blender for us. Room very comfortable and the cleaning and reception staff were very helpful and accomodating.
