一人ならいいだと思います。

せまいですが、一人なので、寝るだけであれば、問題はありません。また、コンビニも1階と地下1階があり、大変便利です。

宿泊客が多く、スタッフが対応に追われて、気持ちの余裕がなさそうです。

Had a comfortable stay. Neat and tidy. Short walk to the heart of Shinjuku , shops, restaurants etc

Only a short walk to Shinjuku shops, restaurants and train station.

Would have been great if there was a bus service to airport early in the morning. The earliest was 9.30.

It was ok for the cost but not amazing.

There are many places to eat and convince stores in the building.

The bathroom had a bad smell that never went away. The toilet has an automated running water noise that is very loud and woke everyone up in the night. There is only one smoking room and it always has long lines. Farther from Shinjuku station than one would guess looking at its location.

poor sleep and dusty room

The room is totally different from the photos. Plus is an old room design like having one switch to control all lights. Dusty enough to see the dust flying around under the lights. Toilets are smelly. It’s just not to the expectation to meet.

I think i expected a bit more from a 4-Star Hotel, but there wasn't anything to complain about.

The hotel has two small supermarkets and an ATM inside (Lawson/Family Mart) You can leave the hotel and there is an entrance to the underground passage right in front , you can walk the entire way through to Shinjuku Station , although it was a bit hard to find at first.

The rooms are rather small and basic for a 4 Star Hotel, felt more like 3 Stars. But room service cleans it every day.

改善に期待・・・

ロケーションと利便性。今回は通院目的だったので予定日に宿泊できればよかった。

やはり客室に歴史を感じます。バスルームに入る時の段差がかなり気を使います。同フロアに韓国人団体がいて深夜にも大勢で騒がしく廊下を往来。部屋でもにぎやかにしていたのでお国柄もあるかと思いますがホテル側からもしっかりアテンションしてほしい。

Good Hotel and location

Room cleaning every day. Fairly simple check in. Good links to public transport.

Small hallway for the room, nowhere to leave luggage. Breakfast choice was not varied.

まあまあ、よかった。

新宿から地下道で行けること、出張先に5分で着くという立地がなにより良かった。

宿泊客が夜中に廊下を走り回ったり？ノックの音のように聞こえたり？落ち着けない感じ。部屋の美容家電のコードに髪の毛がついていたり、鏡に汚れがあったりした。当たりが悪かったのか？

작지만 실속 있어요. 신주쿠랑 제법 거리는 되지만 리무진이 바로 호텔 앞에 있다는게 이점입니다

Overall it’s a nice hotel and we will definitely come back again.

What i like most is its accessibility going to and from the airport. The limousine bus stop just right in front of the hotel. It’s very convenient especially if you have a lot of luggage. Also it’s very easy to store your luggage at the storage area near the reception. All you need is an i.c card to lock your luggage. If you dont have an i.c card you can also leave your luggage at the reception.

The room is small its hard to walk around because of our luggage. We need to put the luggage on the bed everytime we need to get or put something inside.

Nice hotel in Shinjuku areas, would stay here again.

Great location in Shinjuku. Airport limousine bus stops here. Lots of shops & restaurants below & nearby. Efficient reception area. Staff keep some items we left behind by accident and had them ready for us to collect.

Rooms were more 3 star than 4. Not keen on pillows with polyurethane backs.

Good only for location. Everything else bare minimum.

Location had underpass connection to Shinjuku main station. Walking distance around 10~15min.

Room was small, wallpaper was peeling. Walls are also very thin so you can hear your neighbours.

In general, very satisfied with our 3 nights stay at this hotel when we were in Tokyo.

It’s great there is a bus to/front airports. Also it’s an underway walk to the Shinjuku station.

It would be best if there is a fitness center facility or swimming pool facility.

Disappointing. We have travelled to Japan spending more than

Location. Lobby. Left luggage automated service.

Service attitude of front desk staff is mixed. More than half the time, we were met with indifference or unfriendliness. The friendlier staff had poor English. We had the corner room and a double room. The double room was really small and made us feel claustrophobic.

Room way too small for a couple.

Close to train station

The room was ridiculously small, we couldn’t even open our suitcases on the floor, had to open them on the bed. Bathroom raised from the floor which gave the effect of being on a ship, felt dizzy. Would definitely not recommend this hotel. Close to train station The only positive thing.

地點滿分，安全、安靜。但酒店性價比低，空間小。

地點真的不錯，距離新宿車站步行約6-8分鐘，附近也有咖啡店與便利超商，九樓看出窗外是漂亮的～周遭比起歌舞伎町附近安靜、安全許多。B1與一樓就有超商及餐廳、餐酒館，地點滿分。

房間是中央空調，無法調節溫度，實在是太悶了，快要窒息，房間使用說明有寫可以跟櫃台索取電扇，但打去櫃檯詢問，服務人員問了為什麼，但不打算給電扇，很不舒服。開了加濕器後的效果也不大。雖然早就知道房間很小，但實際入住感覺壓迫感真的很大。連小行李箱都很難打開。下次訪問東京，寧願住遠一些的地方也不會想再住這麼小的房間。（而且價格也很高）

Comfortable enough and reasonable in size and price for tokyo. Well located.
