Will def consider staying again esp if Spa allows tattoos.

Great location, helpful and friendly staff, large rooms, classy but not ostentatious decor/style.

Was disappointed to find out the Spa facilities did not allow customers with tattoos to use. Many spa/hotels these days already allow customers with tattoos especially if covered up with stickers (sold by the facilities)

東京へ行く時はいつもお世話になりたいホテルですね。

スタッフさんが皆さま親切丁寧で素晴らしいと思います。

場所的な事もあると思うのですが子供も一緒に宿泊になるので設置されているTVで YouTubeとかネットフリックスとかが見れると助かります💦💦あと、部屋の中がもう少し明るければ良いのですが😰

Very good hotel. We will return.

Big beautiful room. Great bathroom. Nice view. Elegant. Staff was excellent. Friendly. Helpful. Especially the restaurant staff. Like to commend Komachi at reception and Aouri in the restaurant.

Restaurant only meat. Little choice. Breakfast underwhelming.

Good quality for a work stay

I like the service and the room dimension Shower really big bed and space

they didn't show me the swimming pool, the sauna or other things I've paid for

Some how, even through we voted family rooms we were told we needed to pay an extra $1800 for our 4 nights to add extra beds for the kids. Even though the rooms were absolutely massive. The process seemed designed just to rip you off. The gym had lots of….rules…

A haven of comfort and luxury in busy Tokyo

The room was very spacious and well laid out. The bed was enormous and very comfortable. The shower room was exceptional!

Great location close to Ginza line. (Good line) Friendly staff. Very comfortable room with great shower.

I have a small tattoo on my foot and due to this was not allowed in the spa or pool. I understand why but in this day and age….

The pool mentioned in the booking was only available paying 40 usd per visit which is extortionate. Was not clear that this would be so expensive hence listing should be adjusted accordingly

Excellent stay in central location

The room was amazing. Also the people were great. They went the extra mile to apologise for a small accident during breakfast.

For location and size of the room with such great accessibility, our price on booking.com seemed a good value.

We were a family of 5- 2 couples and an adult daughter. We had 2 modern double rooms- which were incredibly specious and lovely - there was a couch and a totally separated (by a wall large beautiful bathroom area )and then we had a regular double room (which had a queen) which was also relatively spacious with a beautiful bathroom. The property is small -48 rooms so you will not have room service or access to snacks beyond minibar but the staff is super helpful. There is also a 7-11, family mart, grocery store and other small store with some fresh foods within a block . It is right next to the Ginza line metro and cabs are east to get and pretty reasonable. There is not a ton of shopping or nightlife but it is also not deserted. We enjoyed the property.

Very comfortable beds and pillows. The room was also spacious.

No iron in the room, it was very dark so good luck for the ladies trying to get ready in the morning by putting on make-up. The most frustrating thing of all was no room service for dinner. Considering the standard and cost of hotel, you would expect room service. After a big day, we were hoping for some quiet nights in with room service which wasn't the case.

amazing location. very few choices of hotels in this area. dark and no view like typical old hotel in Tokyo and didn’t drain shower but other than that we had everything we need.

large rooms, nice hotel and staff, subway adjacent

it's practically on top of a subway station. the rooms were huge for tokyo. i liked the location a lot. it was quiet, but easy walking distance to shibuya or omotesando. the hotel felt small and private. the bathroom was also huge...literally a room for the bath.

my first stay i must have been under the gym. occasionally there would be a loud noise and the room would shake presumably when someone dropped weights on the floor. the price isn't great, but i think it's reasonable for the size of the room and quality of the hotel.
