のんびりできました

ジムの利用ができて良かったです。高校生の息子がとても喜んでいました。プールも楽しかった。夜、ショップが閉まった後にちょっとしたものを買える場所があり良かったです。朝の自作の海鮮丼も美味しかった。

部屋の掃除が若干甘めだと思いました。ショップの品揃えを増やしてほしい。食品少なめ　パンが売り切れていたのでもう少しあると良い。ホテル価格なのは、仕方なし。

スタッフの心配りが大変素晴らしかったです。施設ではプールが開放感もあり快適でした。

ディナードリンクの値段が高いです。もう少しお手頃だと良かったです。

もうたぶん行かないかなと思います。

接客はよかったです。

ベッドの上の木のところが埃だらけで、部屋に入ってまずタオルを濡らして拭き掃除からはじまりました。アメニティが充実してないって聞いていましたが、小さいクシぐらいは置いておいてほしかったです。ローストビーフ楽しみでしたが、普通でした。

短い滞在時間でしたが、リフレッシュ出来るとても良いホテルでした。

朝食が種類も豊富で、美味しく、その日の気分に合わせて選べる程に充実しています。食べ過ぎ注意！が必要なくらいです。大浴場やプール、ボウリングなど利用可能施設も充実でもあり、ロビー階は賑わいもなく広々とし緑も目に優しく入り静かな空間でとても良かったです。大浴場もこまめにお手入れしてくださるので清潔に入浴や洗面台を安心し利用できました。チェックアウト後もその日は入浴可能なのはとても嬉しいサービスでした。海も月もベランダから楽しめた良い旅行でした。

・大浴場のロッカーのセットに少々手こずりました。・最近はワンピース型やパジャマ型のタイプが備えてあるので持参せず出掛けて来る為、浴衣ならばやはり夏場は良いとしても冬場は持参が必要だなと思いました。

Orlando-Florida à Odawara

Personnel de grand qualité et gentillesse. Tout le monde parlait un anglais impeccable (rare au japon). Gymnase avec équipement impresionant et un coach géniale.

Le cadre n'était pas vraiment adapté au lieux. Vegetation en plastique dans les piscines, des espaces démesurées, ca faisait un peu Disney à mon gout.

Best Hilton, ever!

The best Hilton we stayed at! 24/7 gym, amazing pools open until 21.00, we got the best service ever. The hotel includes a shuttle from odawara station, and the service is sooo good! Everyone in the staff is kind, warm , and caring! Arrigato!! Thank you thank you thank you for such an amazing experience!!

Great location for families who have kids who love to swim, enjoy onsens and want to swim again.

A great location for families with kids. A really good indoor and outdoor pool area plus a proper swimming pool for the more serious swimmer. The room was very spacious, clean and the beds and futons allowed for a pleasant nights rest. The onsen area was very good.

There was a lack of affordable eating options. We used room service but wonder how they can justify 3100 yen for a carbonara which was mediocre at best. The burger was good but overpriced at 3700 yen. The gym is spacious but the absence of a bench press was disappointing.

Beyond 5 stars experience

I know Hilton has been providing excellent service in hospitality industry. Hilton Odawara did it even better this time! I was going to Osaka from Odawara and needed help to ship my luggage over to an unmanned apartment. Siyeon, Ito and Goto has been really helpful to make sure I know what to expect and what details needed and what I need to do for receiving my baggage. Thanks so much Hilton Odawara!

Was trying to iron my clothes but there's a dated iron that I don't know how it functions... Not a biggy but something that I did notice that has room for improvement:)

It is a haven for families with teenager kids

The room was spacious and comfortable. We had the most beautiful sea view. Staff were attentive and friendly. The facilities are amazing. My 12-year old twins love it and want to go back very soon

The menu at the restaurant is a bit limited. More variety on the menu would be appreciated

とても快適でした！また利用したいです。

スパがとても広く、ロッカーも綺麗で快適でした。子供たちがとても喜んでいました。食事も全体的に美味しかったです。朝食が特に良かったです。

小田原駅からの送迎本数が少なく、シャトルバスに定員があるので本数を増やすかバスを２台出していただけるともっと行きやすいと思いました。ただ、小田原駅からは20分ほどかかるので最寄り駅ではない駅までシャトルバスがでているだけでも良いのかもしれないとも思いました。

Heerlijk hotel met prachtige faciliteiten.

Super faciliteiten, prachtig zwembad, heerlijk eten. Onsen was mooi en schoon. Aardig en vriendelijk personeel. Onze dochters moeten glutenvrij eten, we kregen de allergenenlijsten uitgeprint en er werd apart eten voor ze klaar gemaakt, zonder problemen. Heel heel fijn.

Niets, heerlijk hotel, zou er zo weer heen gaan.

大変おすすめのホテルです

大浴場が広くてキレイです。出たところにタオルもたくさんあって皆そこで身体を拭くので床がキレイでした。お部屋も綺麗で清潔、とても過ごしやすかったです。スタッフは皆親切丁寧に対応してくれました。部屋からの眺めは本当に綺麗で、特に日の出は言葉を失うほど良かったです。

特に不便さは感じないが、このクラスのホテルにしてはアメニティが充実してない。立地からほぼ館内で過ごすが、スリッパが簡易的なものしかないので、毎回靴に履き換えねばならない。

暖かい季節にまた泊まりに来たい！

とても広く清潔なバーデゾーンでプールやサウナに入り久しぶりにリフレッシュできました。大浴場での温泉もゆったりとリラックスできとても気持ちが良かったです。ビュッフェのお料理はどれも新鮮で美味しいものばかりでした。

たまたま宿泊日が施設点検日で0時から5時まで停電だったので夜中空調が止まったり電気がつかなかったりしましたが、毛布やカイロ懐中電灯など用意してくださるなどの配慮がありました。

朝食や夕食は、いわゆるビュッフェ形式で、美味しく頂きました。和食系のうち出汁の味が美味しい海鮮丼？茶漬け？がよかったです。幅広く食品の選ぶにはちょうど良い感じを受けました。今回は短い滞在でしたが、ジム・プールなど、体をやさしくほぐすにはとても良い時間でした。部屋からも、ジムからも海が広がって見えるので、心身リセットされます。

他の食事については、温度的には、順次頂くようにしないと少し熱さの面では今一つなのは、この形式ではやむを得ないのかな、と思いました。部屋のWi-Fi環境は今一つであったことと、部屋から運動系・スパ系統に行く通路やエレベータの温度は、結構寒いことが、（大した距離ではないですが）移動時にすこし気になりました。

Great for families

Great for families, especially with small kids. Pool water is warm has a bowling alley and small kids room. Hot spring water has a natural spring water and a cold water.

The kids' room could use some toys. My daughter got bored in 10 minutes. Only 2,3 big sized toys like a small slide and 1 rody ponny and a kitchen with no utensils, so there's not much to do...
