Very enjoyable and relaxing

Very clean and comfortable, relaxing spa, nice courtyard, great location

It’s a small thing, but pushing two single beds together doesn’t make a KING bed

Lovely stay. Very happy and refreshed.

Great friendly service. Room as booked. Suited for our family stopover. Handy location. Nice and small capacity so not rowdy or crowded. Able to park anywhere!

Beautiful room nice and clean it nice be back in taupo thanks for a Amazing stay.

Did not give as extra toilets paper on the last day and the fridge leack water but it was only little thing it was a great stay

Great place to stay - would stay again

Room was exactly what the pictures looked like. Great layout and super comfy bed. I'm on crutches at the moment after knee surgery and it was easy to get around the room. Could comfortably fit my shower chair in the shower too which was a bonus! Quiet, good heating option (heat pump) and would definitely stay again.

Probably only the TV channels (it's all online which is a bit fiddly and quite slow) but we had access to TV, and honestly wasn't there much to watch it, so it was all good :)

Relaxing place to break up the journey from Wellington to Auckland. I stay here regularly :)

Very clean and extremely spacious, with added bonus of a courtyard. Lovely staff as well.

Bed is on the softer side, but sheets are lovely.

Very good

Had everything we needed. Was lovely and clean and the heated floor tiles were a pleasant surprise. The bed was comfortable and the spa bath was great.

great to have an outside area, and it was fresh and modern

would have been more suitable to have the single beds in the bedroom and the queen bed in the living area, so we could have used the living area once the kids went to bed!

wouldn’t go back

modern and spacious, heated floor in bathroom, good accessibility on tv, guest book was handy

advertising that it’s soundproof but could hear the room next door perfectly, the uncomfortable bed and pillows, stayed one night and payed close to $300, there was an outside area attached to my room but weren’t allowed to smoke which didn’t make sense and was not advertised at all, hair on all towels and bedding, stains on sheets, toilet roll holder almost came out of the wall

New, modern, comfortable place!

Superb room/ facilities/ service! Within walking distance to Taupo town centre. A warm and genuinely friendly staff. Thank you Stacey and Darryl!

The only hitch - since the motel is surrounded by other motels/lodges/properties, the noise from residents of other properties may disturb you. But probably a rare occurrence.

Enjoyable

Good size room and clean. Bathroom with spa bath was of a high standard. Bed and pillows very comfortable.

Didn't have balcony or outdoor access however the communal outdoor area at rear of complex was set in a lovely garden area. Would request room with outdoor area next time.

Lovely area to stay

Good location. Decent sized room, bathroom had a jacuzzi spa which was nice. Kitchen had a kettle, toaster and a little electric hob. All utensils and pots and pans included

Nothing really. Just be aware there are stairs only to the second level.
