Estancia perfecta!!

El hotel es genial. Las instalaciones y las habitaciones son grandes, limpias y muy bonitas. El parque acuático es muy chulo, tanto para niños como para mayores. El trato del personal inmejorable. El día del check out nos dejaron disfrutar todo el día del hotel, ya que nuestro vuelo salía por la noche. Muchas gracias, Ahmed.

Me gustó todo pero, por decir algo y como crítica constructiva, encontré un poco a faltar un sitio permanente que tuviese siempre snacks y dulces, más que nada por los niños, que con tanto ajetreo de agua, tienen siempre hambre.

Family summer vacation 2024

Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are great and helpful despite the pressure. Slides are great and well maintained. The resort is clean, and the connection to aqua park hotel is great as well.

The only negative is the food and restaurants. Restaurants are always crowded and not clean. Food is below average and not well maintained during the buffet time. This point needs alot.of attention from the administration.

افضل فندق

دائما يعجبني اكوا بلو وهذه المره الرابعة لي في هذا الفندق من حيث المرافق وتنوع الاكوا وإمكانية استخدام المرافق والاكوا الخاصة بالفندق المجاور اكوا بارك وايضا الحفلات المتنوعة وايضا حسن التعامل من قبل العاملين بالفندق وأخص بالذكر والشكر لمستر محمود زيدان ومستر وائل بالمكاتب الامامية وموظف الغرف مصطفي نادي وايضا جودة الاكل وتنوعه.

كنت اتمني ان يكون مطعم السي فود الموجود اعلي المطعم الرئيسي به تنوع افضل مما وجدت اثناء اقامتي.

من افضل الرحلات للعياله اللي جعل الاقامه جميل اصطف المنتجع جدا بشوش ومحترم والالعاب حاجه فوق الوصف اشكركم واتمنى تحسين ا

الاصطف 10من 10 وكل الخدمات من سرعة الاسكان الى سرعة التحاوب والخدمة. مع اي طلب حتى في الاوقات المتاخره جدا من الليل واشكر الاخ حسن في الاستقبال والتسكين واشكر الاخ سامح في الاستقبال والتعامل واشكر الاخ حمدي في البار جميع الفريق فوق الوصف

لا يوجد تنوع في الاكل نفس الاكل 5 ايام والمعالق والصحون غير منظفه جيدا وبشكل واضح اتمنى استخدام صحون بلاستيك وانا عن نفسي في اي مره اذا جيت للمنتجع سوف احضر معي لوازمي بلاستيكيه

Variety of food not like before AC is not good in restaurant in 2nd floor in Cave de roi Staff not offers cold water or drinks if you are not generous to them by tips I feel discrimination as Egyptian except reception staff who were excellent Even I pay by dollars even I know the foreigner pay less than me If other Arab nationality guest shout they treat him by special deal and send special food to their rooms But overall I thank all staff But little things make difference in future choice and recommendations to friends I am sorry to write such comments but I feel this is my right

Çocuklu Aileler için gözünüz kapalı gidebilirsiniz.

Konum oldukça iyi , Farasha Cafeye yürüme mesafesinde , diğer yerlere taksiyle oldukça yakın. Kahvaltı ve Yemekler malesef bizim kültürümüze uymamakta. Menemen vs henüz bilinmemekte sanırım :) Aç kalma durumun yok ama Türklere özgü ayrıca bir yemek verilip bu açık kapatılabilir. Tesis çalışanları inanılmaz ilgili , Türkleri seviyorlar. Çocuklarınıza sizden bile daha çok önem veriyorlar. Bir kez daha gidilecek bir otel olarak kendime not ettim. :)

Yemekler :) çeşit çok bol o konuda sıkıntı yok ama ete tavuğa vs her şeye kendilerine özgü olan bir baharat katıyorlar ve damak tadınıza hitap etmiyor. pizzaya bile sarımsaklı bir sos koyuyorlar ve lezzet değişiyor . Kullandıkları yağdan da kaynaklanıyor olabilir.

Perfetto

La posizione dell'hotel è eccellente, vicino a tutto, tutti i servizi intorno a voi, i bar si distinguono per i buoni drink durante tutto il giorno e il cibo è anche delizioso, la spiaggia è vicina e non lontana, le feste notturne sono buone, il personale della reception è veloce e buono, le camere sono spaziose e confortevoli.

Ottimo albergo

L'hotel è bello, confortevole e pieno di cose divertenti da fare, non c'è bisogno di uscire, i bambini si sono goduti la vacanza. I ristoranti erano ottimi e vicini alla nostra camera, così come la vista sulla piscina, le camere erano pulite e belle, le bevande erano ottime e la reception era abile e veloce.

Хорошо провели время, дети в восторге. Но для себя выберем в следующий раз отель на первой линии.

Хорошая четверка. Зеленая территория, намного приятнее, чем в соседнем отеле - Пикальбатрос Аква парк. Еда вкусная, однако менее разнообразная, чем в Пикальбатрос Паласе (были в прошлом году). Давали клубнику, вкусное мясо. Морепродуктов не было, только рыба. Хорошие аквапарки. Были в начале марта, все работало. Есть бассейны с подогревом. Поселили нас категорией выше, чем оплачивали, за что спасибо. Жили в номере 6114, очень удобное расположение - рядом с аквапарками и ресторанами. Был минигольф, хорошая анимация. За пляжем дикий пляж с прекрасным рифом! До моря пешком - 5 минут, вообще не проблема прогуляться.

Довольно многолюдно в ресторанах, некоторая толкучка присутствовала в начале обеда и ужина. В баре на пляже наливают только пиво, коктейлей не делают. Еду на пляже начинают давать только в 12 (в 12-30 уже обед начинается в ресторанах, хорошо бы раньше). Пляж не песчаный, спуск по лесенкам, но чистый.

Fantastisch.

Het is een grote Resort met veel activiteiten en veel zwembaden. Niet te veel en te weinig mensen. Ik vindt het jammer dat er te weinig Nederlanders waren. Ze verdienen om daar te zijn.

Great place for kids to enjoy.

The rooms, the food and the aqua park were just awesome.

The wastage of food by the guests. Just because there’s soo much food doesn’t mean you have to waste it….. the hotel can put up a sign telling how much food was wasted by the guests the previous day. A local restaurant does it in my hometown and it really gives the guests food for thought before piling up food in their plates.

Excellent

Plenty of food, so many choices. The breakfast omelette making chef was exceptional, and the other dining staff were good. The room service was good. Mahmood Abdul Qadir was very polite and helpful. Overall, it was excellent. More than what i expected. I will recommend this to others.

رائعة .. وانصح بها وبشدة

كل شيء جميل .. الاستقبال و كل الموظفين كانوا خدومين بشكل لا يصدق تنظيف الغرف و الاهتمام السريع .. شيء لا يصدق ( اخص ب الشكر الاخ فوزي .. كان خدووووم جدا جدا ) الالعاب المائية تبدوا رائعة .. ولكن للاسف لم نستطع لعب معظم الالعاب بسبب ان الماء بارد جدا في هذا الشهر .. وعدد الالعاب التي بها سخان معدودة المطاعم متنوعة ( قد تكون مكررة نوعاً ما ) ولكن تفي بالغرض و زيادة العصيرات متاحة طول الوقت لن تمل او تجوع او تعطش هناك 👍 انصح ب الفندق بشدة 👍

-الحمام داخل الغرف يحتاج يكون به قفل - حمامات السباحة والالعاب جميعها لابد ان تكون مجهزة ب سخان - الشاطي في منتجع اخر .. و تحتاج باص الفندق للوصول اليه والعودة .. وهو شاطي صخري و ليس رملي

A special thank you to the receptionists: Wael and Alaa, to the chef who made us incredible omlets: Mahmoud ( I hope the spelling is correct) and our amazing cleaner Ibrahim Maher (everyone should see his towels’ masterpieces). Bakar’s entertainment was also cool. Omar was always helpful with the taxi ordering. Unfortunately, can not remember the name of our waiter (Eleem, I think). Thank you for your attention to detail. Thank you for your hard work, and for going beyond and above. All of them made our holiday unforgettable. Highly recommended.

In fact, everything was perfect, at the first entrance you will be greeted by the wonderful personality Mustafa Adel and your holiday will start well. Cleaning is done non-stop, everyone is friendly and helpful.

Mosquitos are a problem, but this is a general sharm problem I think. Breakfast can be more international

Oda görevlimiz İbrahim' e özellikle teşekkür ediyorum. İşini severek ve layıkıyla yapan güler yüzlü bir kardeşimiz. Kendi hatamızdan dolayı bir gün erken çıkış yaptık havaalanında uçuşumuzun ertesi gece olduğunu öğrendik, otele döndüğümüzde hiç sorunsuz odamız geri verildi. Resepsiyona özellikle teşekkür ediyorum.

Kahvaltıda ve yemeklerde çeşitler sınırlı sürekli aynı yemekler çıkıyor. Yöresel lezzetler ve farklı yemekler yapılabilir. Otelde her ülkenin bayrağı var Türk bayrağını hiçbir yerde göremedim. Son yıllarda Türkler için önemli bir destinasyon oldu, bayrağımızı görmek Türk müşterilerinizin hoşuna gider.

I had the most wonderful vacation in my life...4days of heaven...the staff are very professional and welcoming... everything was organized and neat...the food quality was good .. thanks a lot Mr MOHAMED ABDOLHAK in the front office...Mr MAHMOUD ALI at the main restaurant and all the staff that I don't know your names ...I hope that I can come again soon :)

Resort ben tenuto un pò monotono

Mi è piaciuto il ragazzo della reception che ci ha aiutato con il check in anticipato e con il chek out posticipato. Poco altro a favore sullo staff. Ottima la pulizia dell'abitazione, così come la manutenzione di questa grande struttura. Encomiabile. La camera molto bella e spaziosa con ottimi servizi, ci è.piaciuta tantissimo. Gli spazi comuni quali la hall decisamente accoglienti L'alla.i clusive.garantisce.una scelta di cibo internazionale con sufficiente assortimento e qualitá. Capisco gli italiani che recensiscono negativamente, ma vi sono anche buone scelte culinarie. Se poi si vuole una cucina stellata, lasciate perdere. I bambini hanno ottima scelta per piscine.

Pieno di gente dell'est. Non ho capito se fossero ucraini o russi, ma assolutamente un villaggio monopolizzato da queste persone poco propense a fare amicizie. Personale stile egiziano e cioè poco propenso all'essere amichevole, per alcuni tratti maleducato, non parlano inglese o spagnolo o italiano. Piscine che chiudono alle 16 e la maggior parte freddissime quindi impraticabili per i bambini. Alcuni ristoranti con cibo spazzatura. Scaldaloso il wifi..praticamente per lavorare.bisogna andare nella hall e nel 2024 bisogna tener conto che c'è anche gente che deve lavorare anche se in vacanza. Animazione serale ridicola, solo per bimbi. Piuttosto monotono nel complesso. Lo consiglio a chi vuole relax e tranquillitá
