Super, für einen Konzertbesuch (ohne Frühstück)

Die Lage! Für einen Konzertbesuch perfekt! Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und sauber.

Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis bei einer Übernachtung mit Frühstück! Das Frühstück kostete 17,-/Person und was einem geboten wurde, war schon fast frech. Altbackenes Baguette, das man sich zurechtschneiden musste und auch nicht ausreichend vorhanden war, eine Sorte Käse, Schinken, Salami.....das wars. Wohlgemerkt für 17,-/Person!

Service, Personal und Frühstück waren top. Das Bett hatte eine außergewöhnlich gute Matratze da haben wir schon andere Sachen erlebt. Perfekt ist die Lage zur Rockhal, da wir ursprünglich wegen einem Konzert da waren und die Konzerthalle wirklich nur 50 m vom Hotel weg war. Top und perfekt. direkt neben an ein sehr großes und modernes Einkaufszentrum mit allen Geschäften und Restaurants, die ein Herz auf blühen lassen. Was an diesem Wochenende für uns persönlich nicht so schön war. Das konnte man aber bei der Buchung halt nicht ahnen, dass direkt neben dem Hotel ein Technofestival war mit mehr als 7500 Besuchern pro Tag aber da wir noch nicht am Krückstock gehen, war es im Endeeffekt für uns okay 😂😂😂😎😎😎 ansonsten top Lage des Hotels und was außergewöhnlich war, das Bus und Bahnen der zweiten Klasse in ganz Luxemburg umsonst ist und man damit überall hinfahren kann. Ein großes Plus ist auch der direkt auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite, hinter dem Einkaufszentrum eine Bahnstation war, womit man innerhalb von 35 Minuten in Luxemburg Stadt war

Für ein Doppelzimmer, in der heutigen Zeit sind zwei Steckdosen, die noch nicht mal am Bett sich befinden sehr wenig weil jeder hat ein Telefon was geladen werden muss oder eine Uhr und da sind zwei Steckdosen sehr wenig noch nicht mal im Bad gab es eine Steckdose.

Good concert-goer hotel

The location was perfect for a concert and the receptionists were very helpful! Lovely little bar/coffee area downstairs

We generally appreciate having a kettle with tea/coffee available in the room. Additionally there's no "hotel parking" so we would be paying extra for parking on top of the hotel cost, even if it is discounted with a hotel ticket. We're just used to hotels having parking/parking passes with no additional cost. (This didn't apply to us this weekend but will when we book the stay for another concert)

Best place if you come for L'Atelier!

PERFECTLY located if you want to go to a concert at the L'Atelier (even it was quite cold we could leave our coats at the hotel and went to the venue without any jacket as it's just such a short way). Rooms are simple but everything is definitely sufficient for one night and it was clean. Friendly staff. Very nice and interesting surroundings. Can't tell anything about the breakfast as we went downtown for it.

Perfect location for a short break.

Perfect location for the Rockhal Venue which was our purpose of visit. Clean, tidy, friendly staff who were very helpful.

The mattress topper kept sliding off the bed when sitting on it and sleeping on it. Not so much of an issue for me but it maybe for others.

Superb! Staff, room, facilities all wonderful! Breakfast was exceptional! Location was excellent, 2 minute walk to the Rockhal and opposite a shopping mall with excellent catering facilities. Loved the hotel so much we have booked the same chain for an upcoming Paris trip. :)

Good value and convenient hotel

Very friendly staff, perfect for concerts at the Rockhal venue (2 minutes walk away) and convenient for the station that gets you to and from Luxembourg Central Station in 30 minutes. A basic, but clean, friendly and convenient hotel.

Nothing particularly to dislike. If you are looking for a hotel with lots of facilities, then this isn't for you, but for convenience, good value for money and somewhere to lay your head, then this is perfect.

Superb breakfast!

Excellent location if you are visiting Belval. Even if you want to visit Luxembourg city centre is easy to take public transport. Hotel was clean and breakfast was superb!

We stayed there as a group for the LOA Festival. Perfect location. Friendly staff.

Overall nothing much to complain. The bathrooms could be more soundproofed.

Perfect location for Rockhal concerts

This hotel is perfectly located for the Rockhal concerts. It is clean and quiet, but that's it.

The room prices were quite high for the level of comfort. We had two single beds and they were constantly moving apart to create a big gap. Surprisingly even the mattresses were moving off the beds (simply) by sleeping on them. I didn't like the parking arrangements and the fact that at checkout nobody asked how we liked our stay.

I Went for a birthday party with some friends and partner. my stay was nice and comfortable. The cleaner come every day, staff was helpful.

It would be really nice if we have a kettle and tea facilities in the room, for night time or early morning. Everything else was perfect.

Staff was kind, helpful with information. It’s my first time in Luxembourg, and am definitely coming back. Fro The hotel it was easy to go into the city, and I love ibis.

I think there is a working construction going on and they work a bit into the night….. but apart from that noise….. everything else was perfect.
