Perfect stop over. Staff friendly

Rooms were a good size. Just what we needed for a large family stopping on our way through. Restaurant was good and breakfast was great.

Car park was busy due to restaurant but it wasn't a problem due to plenty of parking nearby.

Kommer inte bo där igen.

Trevlig personal och god mat i restaurangen.

Ofräscha rum med kladdiga golv och slitna/trasiga möbler. Väldigt bullrig luftkonditionering som man fick stänga av för att kunna sova. Påver frukost.

Very bad, very expensive for what you get. Really one of our worst stays recently

Nothing really

In the room we had a plague of spiders that the cleaner has surely seen and still decided not to clean them. The cabinet was broken. The shower was „moldy and rusty”. Mirrrors weren’t clean. View from the window was on the dumpsters…the duvet was not covered with a duvetcase which wasn’t very hygienic… duvet also had marks of cigarettes burns.

Moderate place

Bathroom sink was blocked, you had to stop tooth cleaning not to overflow sink. Check-in was possible only before 23.00, and when I asked to check-in 15 minutes after, it was clearly denied.

overall great place to stay, served our purposes well

good food in the evening, friendly welcome, good continental style breakfast with croissants, bread ham, cheese, jam and Nutella, coffee and juice

we had a room at the top up a few flights of stairs so was a bit tiresome carrying bags up there, otherwise was good

Average stay, good for one night, slightly high price for what's it worth

Location, staff and room was ok.

Very basic breakfast, we expected it to be like the normal restaurant standards, unfortunately there was only one to two types of bread, some coffee no tea, boiled eggs were cold, no fresh fruits available. Overall breakfast can be improved by a lot. There are no lift facilities so you have to carry your luggage up the stairs. At night it was very noisy and made it hard to sleep. The room had very few power sockets.

Our stay was enjoyable and we plan to come back soon.

We enjoyed the breakfast taking into consideration the good offer we had from Booking. Com. The staff were very friendly. As for the location, we had no issues. Accessible location with petrol stations nearby. Parking location was also good.

For the money we paid, we loved it. No complaints

Friendly people, good service but will not visit the hotel ever again. Pizzas are great

Friendly staff, great pizza, decent prices. Little bit out of date, basic but clean. Nice breakfast is included, nothing fancy or exuberant but just good quality. When there was something missing they solved it within 5 minutes. If the cons do not bother you that much, i guess you can have a lovely stay for a good price.

2 major points i was not happy about. The matrass and pillow where terrible, i always bring my own pillow, just for cases like this, but i could not compensate the discomfort off the bed. It was a one night stay because off a concert in Esch, but even though i was really tired, i pretty much havent slept all night. I' d rather drove back immediately for 4 hours, it wouldnt make any difference. Beats the purpose off a hotel i think. The room was situated facing the main road. With the windows closed its decently isolated. The problem is that the room was so warm and humid it was not fun to sleep. So you can choose or you have Silence and sweat like an otter in bed or you have a cool breeze and enjoy the passing cars and trucks. There is no ventilation whatsoever beside a heater for what i could tell.

Nice location and comfy.

Huge room, location was very good. Beds comfy.

Parking wasn’t the best when we came back after popping out. I’m disabled, so need to park close and it was very busy. Room was quite noisy, could hear everything from the street below, and could smell cigarette smoke if we opened any windows.

The place would have been an excellent place to stay and would be recommended if that issue with the fire alarm did not

Price for the accommodation was cheap. Breakfast is included. The bathroom was equipped with toiletries and bathing towels. The room was clean and the bedsheets were clean too. The floor tiles were damaged, but that is manageable. The hotel staff told us that the place was built around 25 years ago.

1. The fire alarm in the property went on frequently even though there was nothing burning in the building. The first one was on the evening two hours after we checked in and the other one was at the middle of the night. When the fire alarms went on for the first time, there were staffs present and so they took care of it. But when it went on for the second time, there was no one to take care of it for at least an hour. One of the guests who stayed at the hotel called the police and the fire department to look into the problem. After an hour or so, the hotel staff came to check it. 2. The room was unnecessarily too hot. The heater was completely off though.

Great convenient location to roads and proximity to Luxembourg City

Great location with a short drive from Luxembourg City. For my requirements I just needed a hotel room for the night so it was adequate for my needs. Very helpful and friendly staff at reception.

The door handle into my room was a bit temperamental in terms of getting into my room and the breakfast was very basic. Overall, I was satisfied.

A cosy place to relax

The room was comfortable and pleasant. The air conditioning was useful in the heat. The staff were attentive to all guests. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

The bathroom was also quite good, but unfortunately there was black mould in the corner of the shower. The hair dryer holder was broken. There were no cups for brushing teeth and the toiletries could be of better quality. The shower pipe had holes and there was a large amount of water escaping from there. If these few things were changed this place would be a 10 point.

Price / quality: excellent choise.

Very good and clean facilities for a low price. Food (as well breakfast as diner) no remarcs. Conclusion: price / quality: excellent choise!

Firealarm in the middle of the night. Took about one houre before they were able to turn it off.

Nice quiet location near Luxenberg

Breakfast was great. Dinner was also great at restaurant. Front desk was super, he even came to see us off. Will return if in the area.

Nothing really. Could use air conditioning for those humid nights, however we managed.

Very good

Another great place with a restaurant onsite with some lovely food, Great selection of food for breakfast and onsite parking round the back.

The noise if you get a room at the front by the main road is a little annoying especially if its hot like when i went and you can't open the windows and there is no A/C.
