No air conditioning, room was above a Chinese restaurant kitchen so smell was very poor

Very good

Friendly staff, nice value for money. Nice rooms.Great food as well at the restaurant. They even bring the food to your room.

The location is not ideal if you rely on public transport. Also not bad.

Great location, near to Rockhal (around 30 minutes with bus and train) and the main city of Luxembourg. Spacious room, everything clean and comfortable bed.

There is a certain smell from the restaurant below.

The reception was not expecting us. We travelled with 3 colleagues and the offered 1 room for 3 persons. The reservation was for 3 rooms.

Comfortable bed. Clean room. Many supermarkets around. Good breakfast

The hotel served the purpose for a one-night stop-over.

Price. Free parking. The restaurant has a good choice menu.

Breakfast was rather limited. On arrival we were assigned a room that smelled like heavy smoking. After objections we got a better one.

I like the place of your hotel.

In your hotel no one knows English speaking. It was very difficult to explain them. What I need and what I don't need. I booked your hotel room dabble bed. I they didn't give me. This is very redequals.

Will definitely stay again.

Breakfast excellent. Staff very flexible, we had to check out early, owners refunded nights that we could not stay. Fridge freezer in room.

Poor

reception is not staffed during the day. I arrived at 16.00 , but had to wait until 17.30 before someone could give me the key to my room . In the meantime also no chance to get a refreshment because also the bar was not staffed . Non of this was communicated upfront. This is poor service.

Ideal for business trips and well located near the motorway.

This is the third time I have stayed here, each time in a different room. The room is always comfortable, the staff are friendly and very helpful and the restaurant is excellent.

Nice hotel but the guy managing was Excellent! Thanks to you for making my stay great!

The hotel was good but the guy who organised the check-in and check-out was a complete superstar (I never got his name). I was not able to make breakfast because I had to check-out too early so this man went the extra-mile to make sure that I had a breakfast in the morning. Even made sure I had a coffee machine in my room for my early start! What a superstar! Thanks to you...
