Excelente lugar, no tan buena experiencia

La ubicación es fenomenal! Es una pensa que caminar en la playa (donde llega el agua) sea tan risgoso por la cantidad de corcholatas que ahí hay... demerita la experiencia dada la ubicación

1) previo a mi llegada recibí el mensaje "Su tarifa en habitación sencilla o doble incluye desayuno americano gratis." que resultó ser FALSO. 2) A pesar de avisar, fue un tema el acceso de mi pareja

The staff, the facilities and the location were to my complete liking, they should only put more emp

The breakfast was good, except that most of the time there was only one main dish, the attention I received from the waiters was very good, especially from Mr. Ignacio and Mr. Salas.

Most of the time all the hotel staff were very good, ready to solve any problem that arose.

Nice place to stay right on the beach

Location, staff, service, cleanness – everything was good.

There is no fridge in the room. Breakfast was not very varied, but ok.

this hotel is close to the beach. it is a basic room with no luxuries, not even a picture on the wall.

The Hotel was close to the beach. The pool was nice.

Upon arrival we were not given the room we booked. There was a discrepancy between Booking.com and the hotel. I had to pay an extra amount to get the room that I booked. The room we were given was not clean. there were still dirty towels on the floor in the bathroom. We called the desk and they sent a person to clean the room and deliver towels. The air conditioner did not work well. we were told that the beachfront and fifth floor room had poorly functioning AC units due to the direct exposure to the sun.

It was ok but I don't know if I will stay again I think we might try the double tree.

For the most part the staff was friendly it was clean and I loved the location

The elevator was broken for most of my stay so w had to walk up the stairs to the 3rd floor everytime I left my son is disabled and I have a pacemaker it's not good for heart patients. The website still states there is FREE breakfast in the morning this was a hi selling point for me because we wouldn't have to leave the hotel till we were about to do our day. But no instead I had to get up every morning get all the way dressed make them get up and completely dresses just to go get breakfast and come back to the room back up the stairs.

Comfort inn veracruz

The staff was super friendly. The place was very clean and breakfast was really good with variety.

The location was my only complaint but thats not hotels fault. Power went out on thursday night.
