Nefasta estancia

Solo la ubicación me gustó, pero me sentí muy mal por el olor a humedad, polvo, hongos y también olor a perro.

Y el mantenimiento y renovación a todo el hotel, especialmente las habitaciones con madera podrida, óxido en herrajes, plafón manchado y todo sucio, en especial las toallas casi grises de mugre y cama muy dura. Al hotel lo describen con 4 estrellas, pero en realidad no llega a 1 estrella. Hasta el personal se justifica diciendo que es un hotel muy viejo. Y te hacen pagar antes de ver la habitación, y no hay reembolso.

La habitación olía demasiado a humedad, en el baño se percibía un olor a caño por lo cual cuando hacían la limpieza dejaban la puerta del baño abierta y toda la habitación olía mal.

Muy rico! 😋 Solo le agregaría que tuvieran un poco más de variedad en el buffet y en cuanto ha la ubicación está perfecta para mí! Ha y otra cosa si pudieran ampliar el horario del restaurante por la noche estaría mejor

El trato del personal fue amable y nos pusieron al tanto del clima pues estuvo lluvioso en temporada de carnaval.

La habitación tenía aire acondicionado y una salita de star

La habitación nos la entregaron tarde. No había toallas. La cafetera tenías que ir a buscarla al lobby y solo nos obsequiaron 1 orden de café. El desayuno no tenía variedad.

Rico desayuno y la ubicación buena.

La habitación no se me hizo cómoda, por otra parte, nos quedamos incomunicados y no me facilitaron un teléfono o alguna asesoría, eso sí, nos facilitaron una PC

Mal hotel

La comida estaba buena, pero muy poca variedad en el buffet. En cuanto a la ubicación estaba bien, cerca del muelle, cerca del acuario.

Mala limpieza, al descender la cama había varios cabellos, olías pintura y las instalaciones muy malas, necesitan darle mantenimiento; en mi habitación la tele “por cable” solo tenía 4 canales, y a las 11:00pm quitaron la tele y el internet.

El hotel no es realmente lo que ponen en las fotos Las instalaciones son viejas, el elevador tenía fallas, las camas muy incómodas, toallas percudidas, olia feo, el desayuno es incluído pero no te dicen desde un principio que solo es café, pan y un guiso y que si quieres bufete tienes que pagar $80 más.. El teléfono de mi habitación no servía, etc la verdad no volvería.

Pésimo. Si lo encuentras en un precio inferior a $600 sería justo, por más ni siquiera lo pienses.

Nada. La ubicación es relativamente buena pues esta a pasos del puerto y acuario, pero las instalaciones son pésimas. La calidad-precio es pésima.

Instalaciones super viejas y descuidadas. Hay goteras, olor a humedad, alberca helada. Estacionamiento a la vuelta del hotel sin acceso directo. En el restaurante donde sirven el desayuno ,además de que es insuficiente, el personal es súper grosero.

El lugar es cómodo, es bonito, el personal de restaurante muy amable, las camas y lo que había en la habitación estaban muy bien.

El ascensor es muy lento, es pequeño y nos quedamos atrapados como 10 minutos, el personal de recepción es poco empatico y raya en lo grosero y poco servicial.

Very horrible experience staying in this hotel.

The location of the hotel was good.

The room was not what I expected from the pictures. There were cockroaches in some areas of room. Hotel needs to seriously do pest control. The chairs given were not comfortable. I could feel the springs of the bed as well and were not comfortable. The wifi was really awful. I was given corner room in the hotel and wifi signal wouldnt even reach properly in my room. they dont even have a separate wifi router for each room. There was only one lift working to go up which had maximum capacity for 2 people. Very disappointed with such a hotel. It needs some serious reforms. Also, it was the first ever hotel I saw in Mexico which inspite of having breakfast included in the package, gives you a fixed limited menu to select the breakfast from. Other hotels have buffet system for breakfast but not this one. Wouldnt recommend staying here.

Great value and friendly staff. Good freshly cooked breakfast inclued, makes this worth the money!

Super friendly staff, very helpful. Breakfast included was great. Option of 5 different plates to choose from, all made fresh when you ordered it. Fresh fruit, coffee and juice included. Also very well attended secure parking lot was a bonus!

The facility itself is tired and worn. It's seen better days. But it's well maintained and clean, and the friendly, helpful, courteous staff made up for any shortcomings the building has. Wifi was a little slow.

Rooms were dirty and with lots of humidity, the hotel needs to renew many things.

The person at the front desk were very friendly. After claiming about the issues with the room they showed understanding and offer immediately to reimburse the payment. We booked for two nights but we only stayed one so we got our money back for the second night.

The room was with lots of humidity, the facility is old, the pictures on the booking site look show rooms are clean but once you see the real room you realize it is dirty, the bed sheets were also old and smell bad, some towels were also old. the main problem was the humidity, we have two kids and the humidity is bad for them, also for my self the next day i felt my throat irritated during the morning.

Elevator was creepy old, Hotel was in horrible condition,Room felt like some kind of weird cave prison cell,Window to the outside looked at some weird propane tanks and the bathroom window had a shaft outside with some horrible loud noise coming out of it.. Air conditioning didn’t work good, beds were extremely uncomfortable.. The sheets were overly clean like they didn’t rent the softener out of them but yet the rest of the bedding seemed dirty.. absolutely horrible and disgusting..

Old hotel in need of updates and happy staff...

Ok location.

View was not great. Hotel was very old with no updates. Dangerous stairs. Staff seemed unhappy. Didn't speak English. Breakfast that was supposed to be included was only for one of us and was not a good breakfast.
