Exceeded expectations

The location of the hotel was very close to the ADO bus station. Close to many places to eat and street food. The hotel and room exceeded my expectations and was a great value.

A bit of a walk to many of the main tourist spots.

Great hotel in the heart of Veracruz!

Everything. Nice staff, large comfortable room, good facilities, great location. Affordable price!

The room rate doubles over the weekend, but this is standard in Veracruz! Very cheap to stay during the week!

Pleasantly surprised

Under promised and over delivered... I was surprised to find really cool AC, really hot water, and Roku. The rooms were sound proofed from the street noise. Renovated room. The lady who greeted me had a lot of character and a sense of humor.... I think:)

Closet space was not renovated and I did not go near it due to a smell.

Front staff at the reception was not trained at all and was not friendly or even just polite about basic requirements. The answers were always no and with a very bad attitude

Good enough for 1 night

The location is good, near to the bus terminal.

The beds are good for a night but I would not recommend it if you have back issues. We were 4 people and only 2 towels in the the room. The windows didn't close, it needs to be fixed.

I like the free use of the computers and the proximity to the bus station

I did not like that the windows were open and the room had several mosquitos.

Right beside the ADO terminal and not so far from the airport. 200 pesos taxi ride to the airport.
