Hotel en la mateixa línia que tots els de la mateixa cadena. Tot correcte

Molt fàcil d arribar i de trobar quan viatges per l autopista. Per descansar unes hores i passar la nit. He vist que està ben comunicat amb varies línies de bus que et porten a la ciutat.

It was good for what it was paid for.

breakfast was good. Simple but buffet style but plenty to pick from and repeat

location. Its very far from Alcala downtown. Close to shopping mall and big department stores but no residencial life or activities around

Easy location and value for money

Ideal stop off, easy access and puts ideal secure parking. Dog friendly although no restaurants in the town allowed us in with the dog. We ate in the Italian on the retail park next door and left dog in the car just outside.

Excellent stsy

The room was really comfortable and spacious. Definitely a good value for the money and a very convenient location for a stopover on long road trip. The staff were all very friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

The only thing that could be improved was the cleanliness in the reception level bathroom.

Perfect for an overnight stay

Arriving very late after a lengthy drive from Paris, after 2am, we were pleasantly surprised by the ground floor rooms we were given. We had our teens in a room with twin beds, but when we entered our room with a queen-sized bed at the other end of the hall, we were disappointed by the strong ashtray smell of the non-smoking room. However, the Ukrainian night clerk quickly found a solution for us, and we were changed to a room across the hall from our kids that was comfortable and clean. We were there just for a good night of sleep before continuing on our homeward journey. My daughter and I woke earlier than our other family members, and enjoyed the ample buffet breakfast.

The only disappointment was the smokey smelling room we were first put in, but that was quickly rectified. (My husband has an allergy sensitivity to perfumes and other scents, like cigarette smoke.)
