Besser etwas außerhalb der Stadt buchen

Das Frühstück war wirklich gut, und der Service dabei sehr freundlich.

Wir haben dieses Hotel eigentlich wegen dem Pool auf der Dachterrasse gebucht. Dort oben ist so gut wie kein Schatten und sehr laute Musik. Erholen kann man sich dort nicht. Außerdem wirkt alles schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Außerdem dürfte er nicht mehr ganz dicht sein. Wenn man vom Hotelgang nach oben schaut, dann sieht man Wasserflecken. Nicht gerade vertrauenserweckend. Die Türen unserer beiden Zimmer klemmten, und es sah so aus, als ob jemand die beiden Türen mit Gewalt aufgebrochen hätte. Auch nicht gerade vertrauenserweckend. Das Hotel ist zwar im Zentrum, aber jetzt weiß ich, dass das Zentrum von Windhuk eigentlich nichts kann. Nächstes Mal würde ich ein Hotel außerhalb der Stadt buchen.

Das Personal war nett und freundlich

Wir hatten executive Floor gebucht. Das war eine Enttäuschung. Getränke gab es erst ab 17 Uhr . Beim Essen gab es keine Auswahl. Die Getränke durfte man nicht mit auf die Terrasse nehmen. Das Frühstück war nicht vielfältig. Die Marmelade war schimmelig, wurde dann ausgetauscht. Die Zimmer sind alt, die Fugen im Bad schmutzig und das Sofa hatte mehrere Flecken. Wir sind vom Hilton sehr enttäuscht.

good city hotel. parking is unnecessarily expensive for those who wish to take their cars in and out

room was comfortable. wifi was powerful. staff are very friendly, and responsive.

shower has very little privacy. parking policy is not logical - you pay for a whole day, but if you take your car in and out, you pay for the ensuing hours at higher rates. Effectively you get more than double charged. Negotiate this to begin with, especially if you are going to be taking your car in and out. corridors have a musty smell, as does the gym.

The location was convinient for us.

I liked the location . Very close to the mall, and easily accessible. Also, transfer to the airport was not long. The terrace was very nice and we managed to watch the sunset. I also enjoyed the spa. The room was big and spacious.

The hotel decoration felt a bit outdated. My expectations were quite high in terms of interiors, but that was not the case.

Bem localizado. Pequeno-almoço completo. Quartos familiares espaçosos. Atendimento bom. No Natal, o restaurante estava com o tema festivo. Para quem estava longe de casa, sentiu-se mais acolhido.

Hotel precisa de melhorar a qualidade dos quartos e alguns serviços

Room service. Atendimento. Localização. Refeições

A segunda experiência não foi muito agradável. O quarto não tinha sido bem limpo. Havia vestígios de resto de lixo nos baldes. A TV não funcionava de forma correcta. As últimas refeições antes da partida, foram feitas no hotel, e por algum motivo a minha filha teve uma intoxicação alimentar. Um cheiro muito forte no corredor que parecia de esgoto.

STAFF AND QUALITY OF FOOD IN THE BAR RESTAURANT

ROOM WAS NOT CLEANED PROPERLY. TOWELS WERE NOT CHANGED, HAND TOWELS WERE LEFT UNFOLDED, GLASS WAS LEFT UNCLEANED ONE DAY ADFTER MY RETURN TO THE ROOM. MARKS ON THE FLOOR LEFT IMAGE OF UNVLEANLINESS

Probably one of the best place to stay in Windhoek, but don’t expect too much

Good clean and not noisy.

No door between toilet and room. Good for couples but not for family. A bit too expensive in Windhoek standard. The breakfast is not as lavish as I have experienced in other Hiltons. The staff didn’t allow my wife and son to checkin only because I went to drop off the car and the payment was not done! Seriously? I booked from booking.com and the booking already has a credit card linked to it! Bad gesture. Even though they finally gave the room before I arrived; but we didn’t like that hesitation part.

The rooftop bar, the parking, easy access from the airport, nice breakfast and staff.

The double beds are not very wide, the bathroom is very open, you can not share if you are not family or related.
