Sehr schöne Appartement, sauber und modern.

Die Appartements sind sehr modern und hübsch ausgestattet.

Wir haben ein Babybett angefragt und auch eine Bestätigung bekommen, jedoch war im Appartement keines.

Easy place for a one night stay.

Rooms are clean, comfortable beds. Late checkout was possible.

Breakfast wasn’t great and the pool are needed up keep and attention. There were a lot of mosquitoes at the pool during the day.

over priced for service and welcome provided, much better option in Windhoek

breakfast (managed by the Stellenbosch restaurant)

Reception closed at 18h15, welcome and check in done in the room by security agent they ask (not in a friendly manner) to leave your room at 10:00am as repeater guest did not find this very smart. will never be back! you can find much better option in Windhoek

Perfect start to our Namibian Adventure

A one night stay before our trip around Namibia. The suites were a welcoming oasis and just what we needed to relax after a long flight before our trip. The rooms were comfortable, staff very accommodating, dinner and breakfast at the Stellenbosch Bistro across the road were perfect and we left refreshed and ready to begin our adventure! Would definitely stay again.

New, cosy, nice architecture, close to restaurants, parking

Unmotivated staff, focus on paying attention at arrival without any further help or guidance, rooms with no view

First time I stayed there, will definitely be back, it was a great stay.

Room and bathroom were impeccable, very comfortable. Although no on-site restaurant, have an arrangement with Stellenbosch Bistro over the road to serve breakfast. Overall a wonderful experience and will be back.

Gerne wieder zu gemässigteren Preisen

Super freundliches Personal auch bei sehr später Ankunft. Zimmer mit kleiner Terrasse, sehr angenehm. Das Hotel hat mich auch kostenfrei länger als Check-out Zeit im Zimmer bleiben lassen.

Beim Frühstück gab es kein Buffet sondern alles auf Bestellung, überwiegend Eier etc., war nicht so meins. Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum. Vom Preis/Leistungsverhältnis her gesehen, bekommt man etwas Ähnliches auch zentraler.

Alojamento com area exterior cuidada e jardim lindo. quarto bem decorado, cama confortavel

Quando chegamos o funcionario que nos recebeu e nos guiou ate ao quarto não nos ajudou nem ofereceu ajuda para carregar/transportar as malas. As funcionarias da recepção apesar de serem prestaveis não sorriam. na zona da piscina apenas existem 4 camas e 2/3 mesas o que não é suficiente para a quantidade de hospedes que o hotel alberga. quantidade do pequeno almoço ridiculamente pequena. no fim de contas, valor alto para aquilo que o hotel oferece

Schöne Anlage, mit TOP Restaurant-Anschluss. Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Frühstück gab es im Stellenbosch Tasting Room Restaurant, eines der besten Restaurants in Windhoek, mit sehr schönem Innenhof. Die Zimmer und das ganze Areal sehr sauber. Der Service an der Rezeption sehr nett.

Der Pool war nicht so besonders groß und auch nicht so sauber wie der Rest der Anlage. Ansonsten ist der Poolbereich ok:

Gutes Hotel etwas außerhalb vom Stadtkern

Da wir abends angekommen sind hat uns ein Watchman eingecheckt. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Badezimmer mit Dusche ebenfalls. Allerdings eine interessante Konstruktion, da das Badezimmer zwar mit einer Wand vom Raum abgetrennt war, die jedoch nicht hoch bis zur Decke geht. Somit ist es dann oben offen und man kann alles aus dem Bad im restlichen Raum hören. Pool sah für uns jetzt nicht so ansprechend aus. Frühstück gibt es im gegenüberliegenden Restaurant (andere Straßenseite). Man bekommt ein Voucher. War sehr lecker.

Der Wert des Frühstücksvoucher war nicht ganz klar, so dass wir nicht wussten was wir bestellen können. Die Bedienung vor Ort konnte auch nicht weiterhelfen. Es gibt nicht direkt im Hotel einen ATM, man muss ca 5 Minuten laufen.

Vraiment parfait en tout point

Pour commencer ou terminer un voyage en Namibie c'est le lieu parfait, le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel dans un cadre idyllique vraiment je le conseille vivement.

Sehr moderne und saubere Zimmer mit einer guten Lage in Windhoek.

Klimaanlage hat leider in beiden Zimmern nicht richtig funktioniert und es gab sehr viele Mücken.

Comfy and clean rooms.

Breakfast was across the road at the cafe and it was very tasty and well presented. Room was super clean and quiet. Parking with a roof top tent was easy and the vehicle was safe. Enjoyed our night at the Luxury Suites.

We will definitely stay here again.

The location just outside of city center made it easier for self drivers. It is a very secure property and just across the street from our favorite restaurant which they also own.

Very well located, secure with safe parking and across the road from a brilliant restaurant. Breakfast is provided by a voucher here. Spacious accommodation and a "cosy" outdoor space. Well equipped and appointed bathroom.
