A mediocre hotel, nothing bad about it, but nothing exceptional. It does not meet Sheraton standards

Breakfast was great. Location is not that great. It is located on a busy road with lot of noise.

This hotel does not meet Sheraton standards. We had great expectations as a Sheraton hotel, but we were disappointed.

Clean and comfortable hotel close to the airport

All staff were super friendly and helpful.It's a very welcoming place. Rooms are clean and spacious. Location is good, a few restaurants and small shopping mall nearby. There's a nice little park almost next to the hotel. Close to the airport.

The bedsheets felt quite synthetic and the pillows were not that comfortable. No on-site outdoor space to relax. Breakfast is sufficient, but nothing special. No fresh fruits.

I was greeted very well and the staff were kind. the room was ok and the facility soso. Coffee great

very helpful staff the moment I exit from my cab until my room doorstep

Breakfast don't come with my room book and have to be paid separately. I am fine with it until when I went for breakfast, the food variety and taste wasn't to my expectation.

Comfortable stay.

Breakfast was good.

Dry-fruits could have been included in the breakfast. Soap/Conditioner dispenser in the bathroom was not functioning properly.

Stay was good and satifatory.

Location was nice and staff was friendly. Rooms are cleaned and the facilities are good. The food quality was also nice.

Only the room size and space respect to price paid was not matching.

Liked our stay specially the location with option of many eating places and markets walking distance

Location with bubbling eating places around at walking distance was excellent . Staff very helpful and cooperative . Good neat clean compact hotel .

NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

Location was good

Staff was PATHETIC in calculating the room rent tariff( UPENDRA was getting calculation done by the bell boy of room service. The calculation for the food discount was also wrong. I had to show them how to calculate. Hopeless service.
